Ordered a specific variety of donuts from DD through a delivery service. What showed up were 8 plain stale donuts and 4 stale apple-filled donuts (none of which I ordered). I called DD and was told "I know, just call Uber Eats and they'll refund your order." These employees know that they're purposely putting random wrong stuff in an order and don't care because UE will take care of it. I also came in person the next day because I was still craving a correct donut and the employee told me to run across 4 lanes of traffic to use the restroom at a different restaurant when I asked to use one of their very available but locked restrooms
Normally I love dunks. But today I was disappointed. Here's why.
Save yourself the time and do NOT go here. The manager knows nothing about customer service, she is rude. She will try to be sneaky and charge you TWICE for almond milk in one drink. So, you'll be paying $1 for some almond milk instead of $0.50. Ridiculous. Watch your total before you pay!
The barista is always SO NICE to me!! They really remember their customers and the atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I come in every day <3
The reason why they didn't get 5⭐'s is because of one worker's attitude. Wish I'd gotten her name but I know she had short blonde hair & she was making coffee. The niceness of the cashier is what saved this review.
Literally the worst dunkin ive been to.... Staff does what they can with terrible management and lack of ordering. Store can't even issue refund because the manager is out for the day
inconsistent. food is hit or miss. coffee is pretty decent. nothing to write home about, but if you need a quick, cheap coffee this is your spot.

Dunkin’s food is the worst food I have ever had. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but every time I go to this Dunkin it is terrible. I got a sweet tea that was purely sugar syrup. I couldn’t even taste the tea. Then I got 10 chocolate munchkins and they tasted like they had sat out for days and were so soggy and tasted uncooked all the way through. Final thing I got was a bacon egg and cheese croissant and the egg was GREEN inside and the bacon was uncooked. Both of my friends also were unsatisfied with their food and they both were handed the wrong drinks. Never eating Dunkin again, because it’s not just this location. It’s every single one that I have been to. If I could have put 0 stars I would.
The only downside is that it's not a drive thru. Upside, great coffee and friendly staff!
