Twice now we’ve ordered on the app for drive thru and both times they’ve told us they’re closed during normal hours. Both times we’ve had to get a refund from corporate. And two other times we’ve tried just ordering from the drive thru and have been told “all the ovens are broken and we are completely out of coffee so we are closing right now.” And I’m pretty sure its the same guy. Won’t be going back to this Dunkin’ again.
Individuals working didn’t say a single word to us the entire time. Place wasn’t busy AT ALL. Drink orders were completely wrong and not filled up. 85% ice and still didn’t come close to being full. Waste of money. Goto another Dunkin.

Delicious as always! The man who took care of me at the drive thru window was incredibly sweet ❤️ if I catch his name the next time I'm there, I'll be sure to update my review with that information.
I started stopping at this Dunkin since I moved out this way. The staff is SO friendly. They are super fast and always get the order right.
The gentleman working at the drive thru at 4pm on October 18th is a gem. One of the most kind and friendly Dunkin employees out there!! It was a nice welcome coming from New York.
Came in with a big order. They had me out in ten minutes. Very polite
So terrible. They only took drive through the day I went and so I walked up and he said I had to be in a car… but then was like whatever what do you want, but gave me and awful hard time for trying to order. The dude was so awful.
