First time at Richmond Drive Shack was amazing! Easy online reservations, no waiting when arriving. Food and drinks were superb. Great area in Richmond with nearby shopping and food. Staff was very accommodating and so nice!!! Great fun for all ages. We drove 2 hours to get here and we will definitely be back, very soon!! Best drive shack we have ever been to!!!
First time experience here. I will say expect to show up and have a wait time if you come after 5p. Facility is very nice and there is plenty of seating for waiting customers. Food is served there and a tab can be opened for alcohol and mixed drinks. Clubs are provided if you don't bring your own at no extra charge. Hit as many balls as you want in the allotted time! Very good experience.
This place is so much fun! Perfect activity for golfers and non-golfers looking for a fun entertaining evening with drinks and bites and awesome service!

Last minute decision to check this place out with family.1- the weather was beautiful today and a nice time to be outside2- we were planning on an early dinner so they could drive home3- we wanted to hang out more than just eat another dinnerChecked online and called and all the bays were reserved so we walked in around 5 on a Saturday afternoon and immediately got a bay.No lefties but we did have a couple kids and a couple pre-teens, so we needed more than just the regular clubs in the bay….We waited around for a bit before someone gave us a ‘brief’ intro. We probably could’ve used more ‘education’ on what games to play and what to do-especially with the kids and choosing activities and games. Drinks came first and the waters were good but the fruit punch and apple juice were in boxes?!?…We were also ready to order and fearful that once our dinner order came- it would be difficult to get dessert so we ordered everything at once….Food came reasonably quickly and all at once: sliders, nachos, salads, pizzas, chicken, grilled cheeses, plus the desserts. There were plenty of things that were not available like Mac n cheese which is weird…Food was decent, refills were sparse, we had to ask for extra utensils and napkins which I think is ‘par for the course’ at these golf entertainment places….Server left us alone for so long that we had to put out a search party for her to pay when our time was up. We’ve been to places like this before but I think it was the first time for our family- think they had enough fun to think about coming back!!
Very organized. Food is really good. I like the many driving range games you can play in each bay. Staff is friendly and professional too.

Had a wonderful time with my family at Drive Shack. Food and drinks were good, but the service was absolutely astounding. Marie was attentive, informative, and thoughtful throughout our entire experience. It was a busy night, but she was prompt and kind with whatever we needed! Family is in agreement that not only are we coming back, but we are definitely requesting her next time.
