This is my fourth time eating here. Disappointed in the most recent dining experience. While my wife and I were still eating our three appetizers we ordered… both our entrees were brought out and placed in front of us. next time this makes me not even want to place my entree order until I am completed with my first course. Felt like we were rushed out. The previous dining experience was better…
This was a great location. The whole experience was enjoyable. They were constantly replacing the iced water bottle. The baked feat appetizer was outstanding. The octopus dish was quite good. I had Adana Kebabs for my meal. The Kebabs were top notch. The selection for wines was good most bottles were around $40. The desserts were even better. On a Saturday night at 6 we were able to get a table for 3 without waiting. Staff were all nice and efficient.
The appetizers and desserts were amazing. We got the flaming cheese and grilled octopus. The octopus was so tender and delicious. For dessert we got the custard wrapped in phyllo dough and I was blown away. The entrees were very good too but they didn't steal the show for me. The shrimp in the Shrimp Santorini was FANTASTIC though, I rarely have shrimp that good! Great service as well! Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. The ambiance is very classy, so it's perfect for a date or celebratory dinner.
First time there and it was fabulous. Reservations are perfered. Excellent hospitality, very friendly, the atmosphere is very attractive and enjoyable too look at. They also have a bar and you can dine in or take out. The food was very delicious. Even the chef came out too chat with customers while dining. I have never had the pleasure too meet the chef any where while dining. I must say the experience was worth it. Please try it ? and enjoy.
This is my new favorite place and I can hardly wait to return. We are long time fans of Dot's and found it hard not to go there, but knowing it is the same chef and having been wanting to try it, we were so glad. We have never had and don't think there could be a better greek salad! AMAZING, we will return for it alone! We followed with a grilled tuna and shrimp special which was outstanding. Complimentary fresh bread with the best olive oil comes to the table. The vibe is lively and fun. Do not skip this restaurant and we will be back, determined to try everything on the menu in time!
What a joy to be at Demi’s on Saturday night!!! Great energy and atmosphere. Food was by far some of the best we had eaten. Fresh, tasty and nothing frozen that we could tell. Love it at Demis... We sat at the Bar and had a Drink and appetizer. It has been over 2 years going anywhere, due to the Pandemic. It was great to meet a few friends at Demis. The Bartender was Excellent....
An already expensive meal for five people and I had to pay an additional $18 to Demis to go and pick up my family's meal. I have enjoyed Demis in the past but after tonight, I won't be back. I've never experienced this anywhere else.
Wow, from our apps (octopus, pita with four toppings, etc.) to our entrees, it was all delicious. My wife had a tasty chicken picatta. My daughter had an awesome lamb entree. Her boyfriend and I had a incredible special: pork belly, pork tenderloin, and sausage is a delicious “ring.” The wine was good. Our server was friendly, professional, and helpful. We shall return!
Got the eggplant appetizer, the shrimp santorini and the grilled salmon. Food was fantastic! Drinks were awesome. Bartenders were great. Will definitely be back next time I pass through Richmond.
