Comfortable, had everything we needed. The shower was nice. I do wish there was a heavier blanket on the bed. Free breakfast was not offered. Coffee was available but only with powdered creamer. Great location. Nice overall.
This is a gorgeous hotel in a perfect downtown location. Warm welcome from everyone we passed. Immaculate room with great decor and long views. Now that we've stayed there we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Next time we need to stay longer than 2 nights! Thank you Delta Richmond VA.
Great hotel, clean facilities, convenient parking. Regina at the front desk was kind and accommodating—she gave us a room with a wonderful view! Would definitely stay here for future visits to Richmond. Easy check-in and check-out procedures.
A solid 4.5 stars. Pros: the shower is absolutely amazing!! A rain shower waterhead with tremendous water pressure. The rooms have extra large windows for a great view. The beds are super comfy and the pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. Very clean hotel with complimentary shuttle and complimentary bottles water (total thumbs up on that). The true jewel at this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff.Cons: The a/c in my room did not work well, the bartender closed early one night and would not even allow me to get a couple of bottles of beer to go because he already settled his books for the night and parking is an additional fee.Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
The shuttle was a plus.We used this several times.Mary was amazing! She makes you feel warm and welcoming.Other gentlemen very friendly too.Room very well kept. Only thing I would change is paying for parking.Inwhich don't know you can..I would stay her again if in Richmond.
I went here for a tax lien conference that they were having. The hotel staff was exceptional. When I asked for directions to where this conference was being held everyone was exceptionally friendly, and the attire of the staff very clean cut. I was very impressed with the hospitality that they showed me. I had issues with the parking ticket I don't go to hotels like this often so I ended up placing the ticket in the machine when I was supposed to just take the other ticket they gave me and scan it at the gate but anyway the young lady took care of everything and straightened it out for me. I thank you for the great experience that you provided. I just want to say each and every person that was at the desk was phenomenal. And the doorman I really like him. Very friendly individual. Thank you all for the great experience maybe next time I can get a room and just kick back and relax.
It has been a fine experience staying here for a couple of days during our running around Richmond. The room is comfortable without feeling cramped. The amenities offered are in line with some of the other brands with the Marriott family and the parking has been an added value to the stay. If you are a business traveler especially if you are doing business in the Downtown area of Richmond then the Delta Hotel should be an option for you.
Absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely becoming a Marriott member and will stay again. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. You could smell how much they cleaned from the second we walked in. The pool and hot tub was amazing!!!

Amazing pet friendly hotel. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. We brought our big dog with us and it was a nice home away from home. My favorite part was the hotel was low maintenance. It was easy to come and go without having any issues. Fast elevators and great location to walk or drive to sites around the city.
