Gave us the wrong burger order of combo fries is child size but ice cream was good.2 combos was 19.00 for that price yall got to do better.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve had. Employees were huddled around talking bad about every customer that was waiting including me and my girlfriend. All I ordered was a large fry and a large cone dipped. And 3 or 4 people huddled around the ice cream machine when it was being made, why is that? Made me feel very weary of my food. My girlfriend was uncomfortable because one employee kept looking at her and then back at another employee over and over(obviously talking about my girlfriend in some fashion). Overall it was an uncomfortable experience and everyone in there is accountable. Will never come back to this Dairy Queen again, maybe not any at all honestly. And I’d give this -10 stars if I could.
Always good food. Associates at counter didn't seem like they wanted to be there.
This establishment sets a very poor example for youth entering the workforce. There isn't enough adult supervision and they have children supervising children. The hours are extensive for school age children and supervisor/subordinate communication is sub par. Bottom line, upper management is down right petty!
Stopped in for a restroom break and a treat. Restroom line was way too long so we crossed the driveway and went to the Shell station. It was about a 15-minute wait inside DQ to get our blizzard and meal
Was the only place besides McDonalds to stop for food on 3 exits. Every other place was closed. 5-7 young people working, food came out quick and they were energetic and polite. Burger bun was soggy and smashed, lettuce was basically just a stem, and the fries in the bottom half of the box were cold and soggy. Not a huge fan of DQ food, their desserts are normally all I get.
Hi visiting Virginia with my unit for training. Customer service was very unprofessional. Made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed. Not sure if it’s cus It was how I was dressed my ethnicity or if it was cus I had headphones on. But good to know this is how visitors are treated from out of state. Very awkward encounter ?♂️
I love some soft serve, definitely a guilty pleasure. Clean store, friendly staff.

Food was cold. Ordered pretzels. They were ice cold and the cheese that came with it was was 1/8th of a cup filled and only received 2 pretzels when it should have been 3. Very disappointing
