I took my husband here for his Fathers Day Brunch. We made reservations through their site. When we got there we were sat immediately. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. The food was good and very well priced. Would come again for sure. We will try dinner or lunch next time
First time on a wet morning so outside dining not available. Seated quickly and food arrived pronto. Server good. I ordered chicken biscuit and potatoes. Chicken very tender inside and crispy outside. Big biscuit. Potatoes not freshly cooked or hot, barely warm. My dining partner ordered eggs, grits, bacon and toast. The grits were a thick clump scooped into a little bowl, inedible and not hot. He said the bacon was delish, Could tell toast had been sitting. Had to ask bus person for ticket as wait too long. Not wowed for price. But will give another shot for lunch or dinner.
I came here while visiting Richmond with a few acquaintances. The setup is very nice, classy and clean. I ordered the salmon with lemon sauce or something. It was very good, rice was a bit salty but overall okay. The green beans came with pork and I unfortunately don’t eat pork or anything other than seafood. I was quite shocked the server didn’t ask me beforehand. The beyond burger on the menu had a choice of cheese which was strange to me because there wasn’t a specified option of vegan cheese. Overall , not many options for people who are pescatarian or vegetarian. Everyone I was with loved their burgers however. Service was okay. I really wished they had a brussel sprout side options as well as the fried green tomato appetizer. However , the ambience in itself and cocktail list , I would give this place another try if I’m ever in town again.
What a wonderful experience we had at Crafted! The food and drinks were great but the service is what will hook you. We went to celebrate a dear friend and Marla was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, hilarious, and genuinely cared about our party. She made wonderful recommendations and went the extra mile for us. Do yourself a favor and ask for Marla, you won’t be disappointed!
This casual trendy spot, makes my top 10 for RVA. Incredible value, great environment, close to Scott's edition, and the food is fantastic!TLDR: They make great drinks, Seabass for $17, and they serve Nightingale ice cream. We has 4 drinks, 1 app, 2 entrées and 1 dessert, tipped 20 and its $130. You could easily leave here under $50 for just dinner. The food and service are on point. We'll done Crafted!Appetizers: Going with a party has its benefits! Wings, crab dip, and Sliders. They were all very well seasoned, and tasty. Quickly devoured by everyone.Food: I went with the Fishmonger option which happen to be Seabass. It was $17 and completely out did the Boathouse and their $30 take at it in Short Pump. We also has the ravioli, burgers and salad options. Everyone seemed very pleased with their food. It's priced great at this level of quality too.Drinks: I had them prepare Whiskey sours for me which were done very nicely. Their cocktails seemed great and the beer selection was extensive (80+).Desserts: Nightingale cookie monster was amazing. The chocolate peanut butter cake was only OK. The other options are better.Atmosphere: Fun trendy and clean. I'll add more pics later of the scene. Expect a good environment to enjoy your time here. Staff was great and tolerated our large parties nonsense.Overall, I highly recommend you check out Crafted RVA!
We went on a Friday 4/22 around 9:30pm and really enjoyed the vibe. Ruby is the waitress you want, she is fun, attentive, and has positive energy. The food was great! Location was great! Atmosphere was great! The bartender that evening was a blessing lol especially when you had a week like mines. I don't recall his name but he wears creative ear rings. Suggestions: call the potato Mac and cheese potato Mac, the fried chicken breast should be mostly on potatoes for presentation then greens. Other then that this a great spot we didn't have a long wait for food but if you do it's totally worth it. Ooh for seafood lovers the crab dip is awesome.
Can't wait to come back here and definitely trying a ?drink? or 2! Had the soup/salad lunch combo and it was SO GOOD. Some GOOD SOUP !!Staff was friendly and they weren't busy for a Thursday afternoon which was perfect.Brussel sprouts were good but nothing special and would get them again.IG: SpicyAivy
It was a very nice place. Portions were good, NCAA tournament was on TV, I was just hoping for green beer and a reuben sandwich on St. Patrick's Day. They have a great menu. Any other day, I should have checked the menu.
It was great food and cocktails
PLEASANT LUNCH… At1230, it was moderately busy but we had reservations. We could sit in the high-top tables in the bar area or at regular tables: we chose the latter. My companion and I both had the Turkey in the Orchard Half salad and soup combo. She asked for a grilled chicken substitution, and there was no question. The soup was butternut squash, and, like the salads, it was excellent. Service was attentive. Appreciated being able to pay via a QR code. Street parking is tight but ample parking is available behind. Many crafted beers and cocktails to try at another time, as well as outside tables in the spring.
