Every time I call for takeout... I am on hold for like 30 min. I have to press 1, over and over and over. And it I press 0 the lady in retail can't just write down my order she just 'transfers' me and I sit on hold for another 30 min... Their website NEVER works... It always says there is an error with the pickup time. So it's a brutal hassle just to order dinner for pickup. I'd love them to address all of this, the food is usually decent.

Bland, little flavor. Grits and sawmill gravy just had little to no flavor. Guess the special ingredients must had been the next thing cut beside menu choices and filling to less then half compactors on a Friday lunch time (I come for the all day breakfast myself). Nothing was bad…. Some Food was bland, some had flavor. The service was great and speed of food was good too(hope so it was less than half filled and had to wait 10 mins to sit). I try them again in a month or two just in case this was a fluke.
Walking into the restaurant, was a stale odar. There were only 2 waitresses, so wait times were long and very few customers in restaurant.I had pancakes. The eggs were good, the pancakes were so cold the butter would not melt. The syrup was not the cracker barrel syrup...it was brought to me in a cup. It was thick unlike natural syrup and super sweet like table syrup from the grocery store.I would rather that they told me they were out of their syrup than to try and fool me.I was very disappointed.

Cracker barrel continues to offer top quality food and experiences. It's admittedly been a long time since I've been into one, and I was surprised at the selection of curious and eclectic items, ranging from little seen candies or sodas to home decor. The wait time flew by, and I ate breakfast with my family in front of a roaring hearth. Really enjoyed it.
Went in and was told 25 minutes wait. Checked on my status after 20 minutes was told still 7 th in line. Kitchen backed up. I left. Have never been to this location and gotten good or even mediocre service. I will never return to this location.
