Cheers to Country Style Donuts for baking and decorating the most simple, yet perfect "2" donut cake for my daughter's donut/"Two Sweet" themed 2nd birthday party! They had two designs prepared for me to choose from. They went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. As always, the "2" and the dozen assorted donuts we purchased were delicious!! ???
Best donuts in VA! I loved them when they just had their one location and would happily drive 20 minutes to get them but since they opened on W. Broad I have been one happy girl! If you want a REAL donut, you gotta check them out!
We probably went too late in the day, we were there around 2, there were not a lot of donuts left and the ones we got we ok. Not great but not awful. Would like to try them earlier in the day
If you like donuts, omg even if you don't like donuts you have to come here! We just moved to the Richmond area and while at lunch the other day someone recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Walked in on a snowy day to a line of 5 customers waiting at the counter and 1 associate happily helping the first customer. This guy was awesome (this was Sunday 1/16 morning) and was so accommodating taking customer after customer, frosting donuts he had sold through, and doing it with a smile. As I waited, customers continued to come in and when I left there were at least 8 more customers waiting! Now, to the donuts! I will say the pics make them look maybe a little dry but this is one time that THE PIC IS A LIE. The donuts were amazing, fresh, and most melted in your mouth. I don't even like glazed donuts and it was 100% my favorite. It was chef kiss good! There were so many varieties to choose from. We tried glazed, buttermilk, blueberry chip, apple cinnamon, coconut cake, Boston creme, glazed lemon, glazed chocolate, glazed custard, red velvet and raised maple. I grabbed a dozen to go and brought them home where we tried small bites of each one.
Such a lovely place to go to! The staff are sooo friendly and really make you feel welcomed. Also of course the donuts taste amazing!!

Country Style Donuts is a must get when in Richmond. So many options to choose from and sizes from small bites to jumbo.Prices are good, buy a dozen for the best value. My favorite is the old fashion donut not too sweet and nice crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside.Don’t forget to pick up some coffee too. They have regular and dark roast. There is plenty of seating inside and outside.
If you want a large donut this is the place. Lots of choices. Huge twists and fritters. Good place to take a break. Have a donut and coffee.
I love the old fashioned donuts, however yesterday when I got it it wasn't at its best. It tasted like crunchy grease more than a nice old-fashioned doughnut. Does not always happen. Other than that the space makes amazing donuts oh, I had loved their toasted coconut and untoasted coconut along with other. So have a lot of donuts to choose from. Apple fritters and other tasty treats.
