Fried jalapenos alone puts this establishment above its competition. But lets not forget the chili. Aaaaand you can wash it down with a delicious milkshake. Thank you Midlothian, VA Cookout. Service was fantastic!
So I was craving a milkshake which I'm never disappointed when it comes to the milkshakes here! Always a great choice when it comes to milkshakes! Can't expect the greatest food it's not just because it's fast food but it's cheap fast food. The employees are not very friendly or sociable , they don't smile don't really talk just hand you your bag and that's it. But I mean I guess they just want to do there job and leave. But a friendly smile would be good enough. Waited in line for a half an hour on a not busy night was kinda annoying. But hey I was happy with the milkshake!
Went at 1am the night of Valentine’s Day. There was no line in the drive through. Ordered a burger with a quesadilla and chili cheese fries and a shake. Lots of mods. The cashier was really nice taking my order and payment. Something you rarely see in fast food much less this time of night. This location is really far where I live in downtown but is worth the drive for good late night food and service.
Burger excellent, onion rings great - milk shake, not so much. It wasn't a milk shake but a cut of very firm soft serve ice cream.I wanted a milk shake.
When you on a budget, you know where to go!!! That big bo tray w/double fries; Im dipping everything in that barbeque sauce. Then washing it down with half&half(lemonade &tea)
I mainly eat here for fast later evening meals when I miss dinner. Order accuracy and speed are always a plus. Just very busy, but they consistently put food out the window with accuracy.
Grilled..Cookout .. burger was ok hotdog was on point prices was good... they dont give you napkins ... eek!
Maybe the Fredericksburg location just needs to step up its game because this was so much better than when I had it there. Kudos to the drive-thru worker letting us do each order in our car separately (since dining in was closed).
Placed an order and received the incorrect order. Instead of getting 1 hot dog, 1 double bacon burger with ketchup only, 2 orders nuggets, 2 fries, I received some kind of taco stuff in a doritos bag. I should have known better to pull off when someone in the next lane stated she was missing 5 sandwiches. I circled around and waited in a long line to tell them I received absolutely nothing I ordered. I was told to come to the window, but there were 2 cars ahead of me and I could not move. I finally reached the window for the second time and the number of items was correct. I pulled away and realized that the burger was loaded with everything, but I only wanted Ketchup. I drove around and refused to wait in line and demanded to receive what I ordered and paid for. Finally after 45 minutes I received my order. Fool me once, but not again...
Not enough amount of sides. I ordered onion rings and received @4 small onion rings. No dine in available. So no one to talk to after leaving the crowded drive through ?
