Ordered 3 Big doubles trays asked for all of the toppings on the burgers and got 3 plain over cooked double burgers with absolutely nothing on them. So disappointed!!!
The trays were sub par. Cajun chicken sandwich was not Cajun at all. One little piece of lettuce, one little piece of chicken, no pickle and a slice of tomato with mayonnaise. 2nd tray barbecue chicken, no lettuce, no tomato, no pickle just mayonnaise barbecue sauce. Sides were lacking. 4 onion rings under cooked, 4 hushpuppies burnt. Scoop of undercooked fries and a decent amount of cheese bites. Chicken nuggets were good. Wouldn't be my first pick next time since there is a Wendy's nearby.
Sweeeew I survived. Lines weren't 2 long this time either. I've decided 2 only get my milkshakes? from here due 2 the cook constantly putting mayo & lettuce on my hotdog ?. I did report 2 corporate however it happened again so I don't appreciate any1 tampering with my food on purpose hopefully this cook has been delt with because I've always come 2 this cookout with pleasure but I am concerned @ this point.
For how packed this place is every night they are always super fast and consistent. The only thing about pretty much all Cookouts is sometimes you don’t understand them over the messed up speakers so you have to guess what they’re saying. Other than that, this place is great. This is my boyfriend and I’s go to place for cheap and good late night food.We will definitely be back!
Left there a bit ago and was absolutely floored and appalled at the service. Both the guy taking money at the window and the lady taking the order were extremely disrespectful, rolling their eyes when I requested they repeat my order, sarcastic, and rude. I've traveled all over the US and have NEVER been recieved with such lack of customer service
It's cookout. I don't expect much only that they get the order right which they do about 70% of the time. Good when you have the munchies and everything else is closed.
Drive thru employee definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. However, the food was great. Cudos to the grill team staff.
This was the first time I have ever been to a Cook Out. The burger was fine, but that drive through menu is an assault on the senses. I finally gave up trying to figure it out and just asked for a cheeseburger.
Easily the best fast food around. Never had a bad burger (or chicken sandwich, or shake, or side, etc)Also, I've never had anything less than a pleasant experience with the staff - regardless of the location. Always sweet people working the drive thru when I go. :)*Highly recommend the white cheddar cheese bites*
This is a drive through only place, it offers American fast food type menu. Menu offers many type of shakes which is unique here. Customer service is terrible, rude and unfriendly but food is good and fresh all the time. 2-Lines of cars is regular site there. If you are in the area and do carryout only do try this establishment keeping in mind service and rudeness of employees is common here.
