Would never recommend this location. Waited for 10 minutes in line while they messed with the computers inside. When we pulled up because the speaker never came on to take our order, we asked why we had to wait for 10 minutes and no one had come to tell us anything. The woman rudely said "10 minutes? I don't think so." Worst customer service ever.
Cookout never disapoints. I would sit on an hour long line just to get thst oreo shake! They hands down had the BEST shakes in Richmond.
If you don't know about cookout it definitely learn about it it's a great place to eat. I think they have a fantastic affordable menu with lots of options thick shakes good Burg ers can't go wrong better than Burger King or McDonald's or pretty much any other fast food place
Horrible service. Only put one drink holder under 4 drinks, which caused it to spill in my car. Was rude and food was horrible. Burt and barley anything. I ordered cheeseburger with onion rings. They gave me 4 onion ring. I would not recommend this place go to Short Pump it's worth the drive.
I have been here several times as I live in the nottingham green apartments nearby. I have had awesome experiences until tonight. I had asked for a Cajun chicken tray with only.ketchup mustard pickles onion cheese and bacon (which had never been a problem for the last 2 years). The employee at the drive thru replied. It comes with lettuce tomato mayo. I said I didn't want any of those toppings. She said then you don't want the Cajun chicken then. Annoyed I said nevermind, give me a regular BBQ tray. She said add bacon and cheese? Why were mods impossible on the Cajun chicken tray and but the upcharge on my BBQ tray totally doable? It was possibly my worst experience at a drive thru. I've been in the service industry for 14 years, this was unacceptable.
I ordered a 2 boxes of chicken strips and a coffee shake. When I got to the window, the shake was missing, no worries, I ordered it and went on my way. When I got home, I found a box of strips (which I did order), a bag of chicken nuggets, and a cookies and cream milkshake, even after making the correction at the window. I will never be going here again.
The food was just okay and doesn't really hold up against other burger chains. My double order of onion rings was four, yes four rings. So I suppose that gives two onion rings per order. The team working was very courteous while ordering and the food came out quick. May go back to see if it was just an off night.
Asked for cheese quesadillas numerous times, let the girl at the window know that I can't eat meat and to please make sure they were meatless. Still given chicken quesadillas. Cheap food, bad service I guess
Got two cook out trays and one had a hair and the other had someone’s belly ring ball fell in my food by far the worst cookout around i don’t even see how that happens
