The milkshakes are glorious. IMO, best split between 2 people. Just tried this location and I like the layout even better than the other location.

Worst customer service here. It’s clear the girls working are young and not excited about their jobs. We came in on a Sunday and waited for service. Three girls walked by and didn’t even look up at us or greet us. One FINALLY comes over and literally stand in front of us staring at us. Not one word uttered. I mean you would think she saw aliens! Finally says “do you have any questions” not a hello not anything! I asked for a sample and she proceeds to tell me they don’t do samples anymore because of COVID. Well clearly everyone is not trained the same because every time I have come I have been able to sample the flavors. Needless to say after this I won’t ever be back to this location.
I got their vegan dark chocolate and it was by far some of the best vegan ice cream I have tasted. Only 3 stars because I’m not sure it actually was vegan, unfortunately. I am somewhat lactose intolerant and the ice cream made me feel sick.
Super cute location with plenty of parking and spacious seating. The staff were kind and very helpful. The milkshakes were delicious!
I am supposed to be dairy free, so I tried their vegan dark chocolate ice cream, and it is hands down the best ice cream I've had (vegan or otherwise)! I love dark chocolate and this tasted like a rich dark brownie mix to me. My partner said it is a very strong dark chocolate flavor, so it may be an acquired taste. I also tried the honey lavender latte iced with coconut milk. I think the flavors come out better as a hot coffee. My partner got a vanilla ice cream sandwich and said it was really good (they're huge!!). I can't wait to get more ice cream and to try the lavender lemonade when it comes back.
While my body can't handle this indulgence on the regular, we had a very happy little birthday girl great service and nice atmosphere. We definitely took leftovers home to enjoy for another time.
This place I really love the milk shakes are amazing with cake on top but really sweet and I always have some left but highly recommend

We absolutely love Coco + Hazel! They are our neighborhood ice cream shop. Everything is delicious from the baked goods to the milkshakes. My child has a peanut allergy and they are always so conscientious about using clean scoops and equipment for her. They are the best!!
