I finally tried Chopt, after driving by many times. There are so many possibilities to try here. Thankfully, the person at the counter had the time to patiently explain things on the menu. The salad was fantastic, there was a nice quiet atmosphere, and very spacious also. Will definitely be coming back.
The people were energetic that served us and very helpful. The food was great! The atmosphere was bright and perky and clean. It was my first time going, and I’ve loved it!
4 stars however the location could've been cleaner. The staff needs to work on customer service. For superior service try the east Cary street location
I havent been here since the pandemic as I don't live this way but I figured it's been awhile so I'll stop by. We were greeted and served by the best. Gracie is absolutely amazing and had a smile on her face the entire time. She had great banter with us. She would be a reason that I would return to this location! Thanks for making our night Gracie!!
I love this salad place. Most of the employees are very nice. I was enjoying the free delivery. My only complaint would be that depending on who assists you, you might lose some of your favorite ingredients when they get stuck on the chopping blade. Some of the staff put it back in your salad and others wipe it off with a paper towel and throw away. If you get avocado, most of it sticks to the blade.
My weekly go to spot for the past year! Chopt Creative Salad Co. located in Willow Lawn is hands down the best Chop I have ventured into. The team is always patient and polite. I personally keep returning because of their well prepped food and customer service, especially Sheaon (I hope I spelt her name right). She always greets her guests as friends and is very caring/ patient with modified orders.Highly recommend this establishment.Please note: these employee's are human and sometimes there are mistakes. If you do have a mistake while in the restaurant they are happy to remake.
I hate to admit it but CAVA got Chopt beat all the way only cause at Cava there salad bowls are a lil bigger and they have more variety. Chopt only allow 4 toppings for your salad and if you go over that limit you gonna be charged extra in which sucks because I think the toppings should be unlimited amount. Also, there were two girls at the counter that had phat juicy bootys and I want those folks only to serve and make my bowls, they know who they're lol next time I wanna tip em both and get there numbers ???. Other than that my salad was good nonetheless.
Haven't tried their food and now won't because I was treated rudely by a worker when I was picking up an Uber Eats order to be delivered to a client. I had a short wait though the app told me it was ready. An older African American woman with short hair and glasses was preparing a huge bag. I asked her twice in the span of 10 minutes if it was for my client's name and she could have just said yes. Instead, she acted frazzled and rudely said she was working on something. It was my bag after all. So rude and unprofessional. Will never return.
This place was so disappointing. I got maybe 2 (small) pieces of chicken on my entire salad. I ended up having to add my own salmon. I paid extra for Brussel sprouts and still haven't found one. Save your time and money, unless you like paying $13 for a bowl of lettuce.
First time customer, this salad was SAD. There has to be less than an ounce of chicken on the entire thing. Maybe one Brussel sprout, which I paid extra to add. Overall a huge waste of time and money.
