The service was horrible as well as the employee barely adding food to the bowl. I ask for bean he adds half a spoonful so then I had to request more. Never will I visit again I know they skimp on online orders, but in person is just rude and disrespectful. Not to mention that the customer before got a side of guacamole and guacamole residue is on my container lid.
I have never left a review online before, but the sheer lack of common sense that the girls here have is beyond sad.I’ve been here twice and each time they were out of guacamole. That’s fine, but both times there was no sign on the door, nor did they tell me when they started making my order. The first time it happened, I just thought that the girl was young, maybe it’s her first job and she just doesn’t have the best customer service skills. When it happened again, I realized that these girls just don’t care.A little common sense goes a long way. I truly hope someone in management reads this and tells them that there is a super simple solution to this problem: apologize and let your customers know what item you don’t have.Simple, simple, simple!
This location has gone downhill a lot in the past year. More often than not, they are missing standard food items to go with your order. No beans this week. Last time it was no white rice. Before it was no fajitas or sour cream. And it's not like I'm going in there 15 minutes to close. At the busiest times of the day - noon to 1pm and 7pm to 8pm, they are ALWAYS out of something.
This Chipotle store single-handedly has altered my perception on this chain and here is why.This store in particular gets worse and worse every time I come in. The place is disgusting and unclean, no tables are wiped off ever, and the staff lacks complete common sense.If for whatever reason you do decide to dine here, be sure NOT to mobile order for pick up. When you place an order 1 1/2 hours before it's scheduled pick up time, even showing up 15 minutes late because they're never on time, you think it would be ready... right? Nope!I had to inquire about my order to the staff, who looked dumbfounded and confused, then watch them make it in front of me while the 8-9 customer who came in behind me were served and out the door in no time. It's the straw that broke the camels back.You guys weren't even busy, just inept.With all that said, find a better Chipotle, or don't! :)
They did not get my order right. Allergy to onions and there were onions in my order I only ordered chicken. Pinto beans and cheese Saddened
Third visit to this establishment when they were “out” of fajita vegetables. The container they are normally in was spotless like there has been none all day and they were not making anymore. One of the things that keeps me coming back to chipotle is consistency. But when they are regularly out of things it starts to make me think about being a less consistent costumer.
Service was okay but this is disgusting. Looked like food was thrown all over the place, and the glass was extremely grimy. The appearance and cleanliness of the food area needs to get better.
Chipotle says it closes at 10pm, I showed you at 9pm. I asked for a burrito which had to be heated in the kitchen because someone was cleaning the heating machine at the counter. I asked for chicken and black beans and then..Was told there is no cheese or lettuce or fajita veggies or chips. All of which, I wanted. My burrito now half made, do I cancel? I went ahead and paid in full for a burrito that should have been discounted because they didn't have half of the ingredients. I felt a mood from the employees that I was there so late. You close at 10, everything should be functional and available until 10.
Based upon my experience, here’s what you can expect from this Chipotle location. Expect them to lose your online order. Expect to wait 20 minutes. Expect them to skimp on the ingredients as they hastily throw your order together (after you’ve had to ask them why it’s taken so long and they then realize they lost your order).
Really gone downhill lately. Ordered pick-up twice in the past month and both times the order was wrong. Not a little wrong, but entirely wrong. When I took the order back the manger literally picked the wrongly made bowl apart like he couldn't believe it was wrong, never said sorry, and proceeded to remake a new bowl with the culinary skills of a kindergartner.
