I went for lunch on Monday, and thought I was getting a full portion of my selection. I got the quarter chicken , rich, beans and plantains. To my dismay, when I got home, it was a small container of beans which was a child’s portion and the rice appeared to be a child’s portion. Because it was basic container with nothing substantial in container.. the food was moving all over the place….and the charge me ovet $12…. Never again
The food here is pretty consistent, but the best part was the customer service. I ordered for pickup and when I got home, I realized they forgot a whole chicken and some yucca. I called them up, and they prioritized delivery for us. They were so determined to make it right, we got our food in 10 minutes. I do live pretty close and offered to pick it up, but they insisted on delivery. I wanted to tip the driver for being so kind, but she refused because the mistake was on them. Love them!
Feb 12 2022 70 degreesThe Trail was Amazing, the weather was great a lot of people hiking we did the outer loop this time. Took crazy amounts of pictures, the sad part is in the beginning of the trail the new house development blocked some of the trail sections and now the houses are literally at the edge of the outer loop trail, not Kool encroachment is real. But after 500yards is ok.
I ordered a chicken and rib combo the other day. Ordered double plantains not knowing they had an almost $3 upcharge. She told me the price and was amazed. Almost $18. I really like this place, but honestly just can't afford to eat there anymore. No prices on the menu anymore, like you are at a 5 diamond restraunt or something.
Normally I buy from fiesta chicken do not have any problem I prefer Midlothian location because it is the most tasteful chicken but this time I order two whole chicken it was very bad experience for the first time.I drove from Hanover County to Midlothian turnpike to get that Churchel tasty chicken ever but unfortunate when I get home I found out the chicken it is a dry from inside burned from outside basically it is not cooked I had really bad experience I did not know why that cooker or the chef or the person in charge of putting my food inside the bag he did it normally I have good experience but this time I did not have that good experience we did not check what’s inside the bag unfortunate until we get home which is a good driving 20 minutes That is why I’m giving two stars rating only for this time experience most of the time I give 4.5 starsSo what I’m trying to say the person he packed my food he was not honest person these chicken should be notsold for human consumption
When I tell you I love this place, I really love this place. This location has such nice cool people, and the food just taste so good. I'm totally addicted to the yellow sauce. My employer always orders catering for our events.
I don’t recommend coming here at all. I made an order by phone and gave the worker an estimated arrival time. Once i arrived the girl that worked there said that they had cancelled my order and threw my food away. Never called me to let me know my order was cancelled or anything.
Food was AWESOME... only reason they get a three is because they said they were serving margaritas and of course, pour me one... YUCK! I take part of the blame because I didn't see a bar so should have known better and that's why they did get a two. Although, I should have given them a one when she said she couldn't refund me and I could get a fountain drink instead. A fountain drink, nooooo give me a bottle drink... But I didn't argue... Long story short... If you go here to eat... GO HERE TO EAT! Great food at great prices... Bring your own margarita tho...

This was the best food I have had in while it was a perfect mix for me and my boyfriend, he loves Mexican food and I love chicken, will definitely come back and I wish you would open one in Virginia Beach!
