I picked up a large catering order for doordash going about 3 Mi away for 15 people for the new car Lots location in Scott's addition and Chicken Fiesta employees Bartoli in control and on top of this order so that when I got there it was just about completely ready for me which is awesome and not typical for large catering orders. I thank them genuinely and told them I appreciate the diligence and hard work that they did for my customer and their catering order I will gladly come back here anytime. I wish more restaurants had employees that enjoyed their jobs and had fun doing them while doing a great job
Absolutely loved this place!! Food was hot and tasty. The order came out in a timely fashion...even during lunch! Clean restaurant. Friendly staff.
After our workout my boyfriend and I were starving. I got the Chalupa Salad with rotisserie chicken and a side of flour tortillas. My boyfriend got the Chicken Parilla. Both were DELICIOUS!!! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked and juicy. The guacamole is the perfect texture too! Music was the perfect volume to where you can’t hear the kitchen but you can talk at a comfortable indoor volume. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Chicken Fiesta has always been great , unfortunately today I found a piece of shaved metal in my chicken sandwich. I’m not sure what’s used to clean the grill there. This is extremely dangerous to find this type of material in your food.
Clean place with a good menu. You can feel the heat from the grill/rotisserie. I ordered the taco salad with steak. The salad came with small container of sour cream and a small container of dressing. Dressing had little flavor. The steak was under seasoned and over cooked, very well done. Chewy, dry and tasteless. Other items might be good. The overcooked steak might be an aberration but I'm unlikely to return.
Tasty chicken and excellent yucca + plantains. Patio is extra convenient. Service was friendly, too! Will be adding this to my lunch rotation - muchas gracias!

They made the apps, sides & desserts (horchata, pork belly chicharonnes---soooo yummy, plantains, yucca, flan, caramel cookies.(I made the rice and the empanadas.)
I had been wanting tacos for days.. driving around in the Fan and it hit me!! CHICKEN FIESTA!! Hadn't been in a couple of years and at 1st bite I wondered what took me so long to get back there! I ordered the 3 taco platter from some of the nicest kids behind the counter.Service was quick and with a great attitude. Food was HOTTT ( I cant remember the last hot meal I've actually had )!! I started with a crunchy shell beef taco and followed up with 2 chicken soft tacos.DE. LI. CIOUS.NO PICTURES TAKEN BECAUSE I COULDN'T RESIST SHOVING MY FACE IN THE TAKE OUT TRAY.
Tasty, fast, and cheap, and authentic. You can't go wrong with anything from their menu but my favorites (I am Mexican) are the steak tacos (1 is plenty for lunch since they're generous portions), the 1/4 chicken with yucca(the best in RVA) and beans or salad, and the vegetarian burrito, and plantains. Oh, and their mango juice(no ice please) is delicious. I only wish they'd use more environmentally sound plates, cutlery, and to go containers. They're all styrofoam and plastic.
