I love them so much!!! Their food is awesome and their staff are very friendly. They have great milkshakes too! ?
The quality is getting worse ,they charge more than mc Donald’s but quality is similar where are my yummy crunchy nuggets and right size milk shake if they gonna charge extra for milkshake better be worth it ????.
Awful lately. 3 times in a row I have used curbside and just been completely ignored for upwards of 15 minutes and then had to call to get my order brought out, at which point it's been sitting there for a long time not being brought out so it's cold, melted, etc. My settings are correct, they just can't make it happen. Extremely frustrating, wouldn't use curbside if you go here.
I havent gone inside of a Chic Fil a for a while.... Like 2 years... But Sage made it worth it. She was awesome. She is worth the 5 stars. Fries tasted old. But the sandwich was good.
Worst location if you want honesty. They have fired everyone who was the reason my family and friends even went to this location. The managers are completely incompetent and I would NEVER patron this location again. The way they treat their employees is terrible so I will never work for this company. The employees who are the problem get to continue working while the good ones get let go, Chick-fil-A, you have a terrible location that needs to be completely redone.
It's sad to say I've tried every chick-fil-a here in my hometown and this location is the one with the most perfect hashbrowns. Food comes out perfect every time. Bring back the well done waffle fries though? Please?My dad used to be the GM at the willow lawn location when it first opened and this one still had my heart.The customer service here is also outstanding.
Chicken fil a never disappoints. Their soups hit the spot when you want something warm. The chicken noodle and chicken tortilla are delicious.
I ordered a chicken bowel and received the disgraceful food bowel below. What happened to the quality service? Without the chicken, my bowl would just consist of non melted cheese! Chick-fil-A need to do better because this is some [email protected]!
Everytime I go to Chick-fil-A, there's always an essence that this may or may not be a cult, this one way no different. A wonderful experience where everyone was fake nice to me with a hint of passive aggression under their breath. One day I believe they will Jonestown their chicken sandwiches and take us all on the holy commit in the sky but until that day I will continue to CHOW DOWN on their delicious, juicy chicken sammies. Usually don’t complain, especially about chick fil a but this time was terrible. We waited for 15 mins for our food. Once we got home, all 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly and I was missing my Mac and cheese (THE MAIN REASON I WENT) Not pleased at all. It’ll be awhile before I go back…at least to this location
