This used to be my favorite CFA location. But for the past two years, the quality of the service provided has been declining. Every time now there is a problem with my order, when it is not an item missing, it is an incorrect item provided or issue with the App as payment method or you get someone with an attitude. Trying to call them to report an issue or solve is pointless because no one picks up and when they do, it is someone who can't help. I had let it slide for so long because I understand the stress of rush hours and Covid-19 didn't make things easier. But I think it is time to find another CFA location to call my favorite.
Incredible as always, great service , speed and kindness are always a Hallmark at this particular Chick fil A. Great place for sure!
As someone from outside were said chick fill a is like Woah, the most amazing thing ever, I'm not saying is bad but I don't think is the best thing ever, normal flavor, nothing crazy or worth the hype.
My favorite Chick-fil-A in the greater Richmond area. Their customer service is exceptional even by the high CFA standards, so much that we drive out of the way to go here. Great staff and management. Cannot recommend enough.
Love Chikfila..great service as usual. But dine in wasn't fully open so tables were limited.
I ordered a salad and fries but was given dipping dressing instead of salad dressing. I made sure to add a note since this has happened to many times before. I guess staff are not reading the additional comments. I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce and got neither. Chick-fil-A my user experience today has not been great. # DisappointedSignatureMember2021#

Chicken Filet is at its worst....very good.The only reason I have less than 5 stars was because my sandwich was warm, not hot.The Colby jack cheese didn't even melt a bit.
Great service on busy and not so busy days.
