Cheap with food and only filled up my mac and cheese half way. I get it other places all the time and it is always full. Going to the other one next time.
How can you not love Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits with extra pickles in the morning? I just wish they served them all day!
I normally never have issues with chick fil a delivery, however the last 2 deliveries from willow lawn have not been good experiences. Today specifically, I ordered lunch for myself and coworkers and while it was quick, we only received half of the order. I spoke with 2 separate people on the phone who were wonderful and had the missing items redelivered. Everything was fine until my coworker pulled a plastic bag out of his drink. I’m not sure what’s happening at the willow lawn location, but they seem to be lacking the attention to detail that chick fil a is known for.
Upon receiving my order of 4 spicy chicken sandwiches, a large fry, and drink I noticed something was slightly wrong with my order. I kindly went over and showed staff, in which they went above and beyond to make it right. The absolute best customer service I have ever received! Thank you to all the employees working this afternoon! :)
It’s Monday afternoon. I placed my lunch order via the app for a salad and a tea. I pick my order up and finally get to my destination. Note: I was supposed to have a meeting with someone for lunch. I open the bag and there is no salad dressing. None. I had to leave my meeting, which we were never able to have and drive all the way back to your location to get the salad dressing and by that time my lunch break was already over with.
When ever i order on the mobile app have to wait forever..Horrible customer service

Im very unhappy with one of my last visits where I placed an online order for 2 orders of Chicken minis, And used one of my rewards on the order. As I entered the parking lot at 10:28a I checked in that I was at the location in a curbside pick up space. But by the time I clicked over to check the status of my order on my App, I got a message saying breakfast had ended and that my order was cancelled. The $ that was spent on the order was ultimately refunded but my reward was never replaced. I will never use the App to place an order again!!!
The gentleman who took my order was exceptional all the way around, I look forward to returning back to the Willow Lawn location. Everyone was amazing ??!! Thank you for making my day fabulous!!
