Getting through the drive thru was as bad as trying to get into the most popular Florida theme park on the first holiday weekend of the summer. They had invested quite a bit in the setup. However, the execution was lacking which inevitably allowed for the inconsiderate patron drivers to forego the intended traffic pattern. I spent more than 20 minutes waiting to get my order, a frozen coffee. If I weren't literally trapped in the maze, I would have ditched, which is terrible, but I was worried I'd be late getting back to work. Regarding the frozen coffee, I ordered a large. I then was informed that it only comes in one size now: small. But the price is still as much as the large used to be. I have to say that was my worst Chick-fil-A visit ever. I definitely won't be visiting again.

Tables don't seem cleaned that often with sanitizer,I could see spots. Last time I dined in the cherry coke was nasty but I got something else for free. Service is generally fast and the layout of the place is nice and up to date. Sometimes the fries seem a bit light and not crispy. I also don't like getting ice tea as a reward in my app.3/17/22Edit: went back yesterday night 1h before closing, fries were actually a bit too crispy but I'm happy I got to try them this way. Def prefer when they are slightly crispy yet fluffy on the inside, they were salted just the right amount. The chicken sandwich was on the dryer side and very thin as if it had been hammered like a country fried steak. Yet again the tables were dirty and I had to wipe it off myself but you can only get it so clean with a dry napkin. The one person from staff that I interacted with was friendly and seemed happy to work there. Trash cans were overflowing as well as the bin in the men's bathroom.

After working fast food personally, you can tell this location is poorly managed and understaffed after only a few visits. Employees seem very under-appreciated and stressed, my heart goes out to them dearly. I would never encourage my children to work here. Word of advice, do not bother your time here. Go to the chic-fil-a right across the street where you can tell environment is not only warm and welcome to customers, but staff as well.

Courteous as always, and fast. Only qualm I had was they didn't give a fork for my salad, and had to ask twice for sauce (once ordering and again at the window). First time at this location, so I will give it another shot if I'm in the area.

I love Chick-Fil-A.. but this location needs to improve the quality of their chicken sandwiches. Almost every time I order a chicken sandwich from here, the chicken breast is small and thin, its barely breaded resulting in a dry taste. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location moving forward.

French fries were cold, we were the second one online through the drive-thru and five cars had passed through us before we finally got our mail. And then one of Chick-fil-A associates came to the car to deliver the mail and said the fries are hot

I usually get mac & cheese as my side everytime I go to CFA. Every location I've been to always melts the cheese on top... not sure why this location never does it. If they do, there's only a little bit. Wish there was a different location closer to me because they're always slacking here.

I hadn't gone to Chick-fil-A in a while. I decided to treat myself with it and it surely didn't disappoint. I went through the "drive thru", which was long. I guess some things never change. It was long, but there were Chick-fil-A employees going to car windows taking orders. Which made the process faster. I ordered an 8 pc chicken nugget, medium waffle fries, and a lemonade. It was very delectable. The chicken and fries were crispy and, as always, had that unique taste, while the lemonade wasn't too sweet and sour, but just right. Service was alright. I really can't complain!

My first time ever having a terrible experience at Chick-fil-A, went through the drive through i ordered 2 10 count minis and a 12 count regular. Every thing was fine. I got to the window got my food and asked for more honey roasted bbq sauce. Not sure why but the guy at the window refused. I asked why and it seems like he took it personally and said because hes not authorized to give more, which made no sense. I ordered 3 big meals and i cant get anymore. So obviously upset for whatever reason he gave me 3 more. Really annoyed me this morning

Maybe it was a bad day, but since the drive thru line was long, I decided to go into the dining room to place my order today. I spent 30min, and watched more than 10 cars get their meals ahead of me. Add to that, three in-house orders that were placed after mine were served ahead of me. It was at that point I requested a refund and left.
