Staff is extremely unfriendly and the food is bland.
Lunch hour, no chicken fillet available, fountain drink out of Pepsi, no sense going to eat here. You just can't be out of food and drink when your business is serving food and drink.
This location should do so much better. The food is fine, however the service (which Chick-fil-A is known for) is bad. It's in a *hospital* and I can't count how many times I've seen cooks not wearing masks over their faces (not safe and against policy). The employees do not seem to either care or know better.Location is certainly in need of re-training
The customer service is goodI got chicken sandwich it was really good and delicious
My Fiancée works at VCU Hospital, went down to get something to eat, they gave her order to someone else by mistake probably and instead of fixing this issue, they decided to give her something else that isn't what she ordered ( also note that what was given to her is much cheaper than what she payed ). Went she noticed, she told them about the mistake and they became super rude to her telling her " yeah i can give u sauce, add it and its would be kind of the same"When someone else tried to help out, they said well yeah but we gave her an order and fixing it now is more expensive! How disrespectful and how rude !She doesn't like posting reviews so she wouldn't hurt anyone's job, me on the other hand, i will blast this on all the platforms!
The employees here are not as friendly and polite as the other locations I have been to, maybe because it's in a hospital, the attitudes are different. But I thank they should be friendlier because it's in the hospital. The the verbal comments about people who come to purchase food should not be heard by the guest in the dining room.
Can't contact by phone. I asked for unsweetened tea 3 times. They still gave me sweet tea. I tried the number and it goes straight to voicemail.
