For a busy Sat the line went down very fast - however the MANAGER dropped my bag of food on the floor (3 meals), picked up the bag, sat the bag on the counter then attempted to give me the bag w/o preparing new food. Manager proceeded with an attitude after I advised I did want a bag off the floor after paying for my food. Definitely not the experience I am use to when visiting Chick - Fil - A....poor customer service and poor empathy.

Never prepared for any amount of people at any time. Very unorganized to say the less. The most unprofessional and slowest Chickfla that I had ever experienced.
Unfortunately, there was a mix up with my order and instead of half sweetened /half unsweetened drink, I received half sweetened with lemonade. Mr. Dawayne was very empathetic and displayed stellar customer service techniques. He addressed my concern promptly and provided a solution without hassle! Dawayne, thank you and excellent work!

Horrible. My tenders were a 1/4 of the size as the other person who ordered some. They might as well be nuggets. My salad was barely half full. They also didn't give me what goes with the salad. Only worth 1/4 of the price I paid. Ive never had this issue at any other location.
The chick-fil-a we visited in short pump was nasty, tables were dirty and the trash cans were not in the compactors. I got the bottom of the fries and my sandwich was cold not very happy with this location.The short pump location is at the mall not on broad st. That was just renovated. Sorry for the confusion.
Great service and good food. But the only thing is that I always get ripped off with my waffle fries
None of the workers up front making shakes and drinks were wearing gloves! So disgusting especially with covid being very contagious rn.
This is probably the filthiest Chick Fil A I've gone to. It is most definitely extremely high traffic and it was during this holiday season; however, I don't think I've ever seen one of their restrooms look so bad. I didn't want to let my daughters use it but they are 4 and couldn't wait. Additionally, while waiting for my food I noticed one of the workers eating fries while apparently working in the area where they prepare the food. While staff were polite and responsive the area looked unclean and unsanitary.
