Beautiful restaurant in Richmond. The food and service were excellent! Parking is street parking but usually not too hard to find. Went on one of their nights they have Candlelit dinners with piano music — it was magical. Our server, Anthony, was an absolute gem. Highly recommend the Brie appetizer and the crab cake! The drinks were great too — they even accommodated me when I asked for something not on the menu (bay breeze drink). Overall, it was a fabulous experience and the restaurant has great ambiance. Can’t wait to go back!
Chez Foushee is excellent. We went there for our anniversary. We had the Provence Rose which was excellent and a glass of Bordeaux - also excellent. The crab cakes and the filet were both fantastic. Oh, and we started with the mushroom soup which was superb. The atmosphere is pleasantly upscale and quiet. The service was superb. We will be back.
The lemon cake is heaven. Absolutely amazing. A fancy French restaurant with southern hospitality service. Good risotto and beef bourgingion.

Our group of 4 couples met in Richmond for our annual holiday gathering, and from the moment I made reservations, Russell was attentive and upbeat. He and the team took great care of us, and as a result of their excellent service and wonderful food, we had a blast. The shrimp creole was especially good, and the steak frites were each perfectly cooked/fried. Prices are very reasonable and the wine list is solid.
We have absolutely fallen in love with Chez Foushee! The menu designed by Chef Whitney Cardozo includes French classics with just the right twist and makes room for DF and GF accommodations. The restaurant is just the right size: intimate but large enough to accommodate small groups. We’ve experienced it each way both by ourselves and with a family group of 13 and it was perfect both ways. The staff is amazing from the welcoming voice of Russell to Colton our favorite server and don’t be surprised if Whitney stops by to say hi. Start with a delicious craft cocktail and end with lemon butter cake and you’ll be in love, too!

A spectacular dinner at home for nine that could not have been better! Beautifully presented and all guests raved about the food. Friendly delightful service by all and the entire dinner made for a special family gathering.
