There is no reason why it should take 20 minutes for a fast food burger. The lettuce on the burger was soggy and tastes like soapEmployees were sitting in the back on their phones whilst there was a huge wait
I was at Cheeburger Cheeburger in the airport on May 26 and Jennifer was their managing everything on her own. She was fantastic. The orders were coming through quickly and she was slammed but she stayed calm and got the orders out so fast even with the restaurant full. I just want to commend her for her great work and I hope that the managers reward her for her diligence and hard work. I was in an airport restaurant two days prior and they had 5-6 people working and because one person was out they act like they are short-staffed and the food took forever. This is especially challenging in the airport since you are on a time schedule. It's ridiculous. But Jennifer handled her business and got us all our food quickly, hot, and with great service. Do stop by in Concourse B if you need to eat on your way out from Richmond.
The burger tasted fine. Not too much flavor but it’s fine. The server was very friendly, but I think their ordering system fails so bad. I ordered my food and watched everyone ordered after me getting their food. When I asked about my order I was told that it didn’t go though into their system. I had to tell them what I ordered which was still made wrong. I also watched 2 people who got their order twice. It was so chaotic.
I ordered 3 times asking my burger to be well done. The lady(if you could call her that) was rude rude and ruder to me and every person that ordered before me of after she’s disrespectful and lazy. First time I tried ordering breakfast at 9 am and she said we aren’t serving breakfast anymore so I wait and order not once 3 times each time the burger was raw and less cooked even though I asked for well done. This lady has zero buisness working in customer service she is rude
Disappointed. Lettuce was wilted and slimy, bacon was burnt and crumbly, burger was overdone and dry, and McDonald's has better Buns. The pickle was a spear cut in half that immediately fell off the burger. The only saving grace was that the fries were decent.
Be careful when ordering at the Airport. There's no guarantee they can get a cheeseburger done in 20 minutes and they can't give you a refund of either. You're just out $20
I asked the person working behind counter that I wanted. Burger with no bun. She shrugged her shouldes and said something that I could not hear. Since there was no way to edit the order I placed no bun as part of my name on order. When she handed us our food. I told her I needed one with out a bun. She suggested I go next to the other restraunt to order my food. Refused to remake it and would not allow me to have a refund. Shd sad she was the only one there and was behind. There was someone else there. I asked my son to pray for me because I did not feel very nice. Plus the drinks were warm.
The burger tasted fine. A little dry and the lettuce was wilted beyond eatability. I just can’t do wilted cooked lettuce. The fries were good. But I can confirm what reviews have said, soooooo slooooow. And 30 bucks for two burgers and fries? I know its an airport but come on, this is NOT a $12 burger.
Service was very fast (there was no wait at kiosk and our burgers came out in 5-10 min). Fries were good. Unfortunately, the burger was reminiscent of the way high school cheeseburgers tasted, and not something I ever wanted to taste again. P.s. I still ate it, but did not enjoy
Great place to eat for a delicious breakfast early in the morning.
