Great service, especially Julian! He kindly remade my bowl on two separate occasions, once when I dropped it and another time when the rice was off, which I greatly appreciated.
Order had an item that they were out of. They didn’t tell me until I checked the order, then told me it had been out of stock all day and were letting customers know when they got there. Except no one said anything until I checked the order. I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn’t process refunds at the store and would need to email for a refund. I was giving the store another chance after a couple of wrong orders, never again. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.
I love Cava, it’s my takeout go to on my days off, but something has been up with them lately. They forget sauce on your bowl, forget to add your side dip that you paid for, forget your pita chips and now this travesty. I bought two bags of chips to eat with tzatziki and the spicy hummus special. This is the amount of dip that I received. These used to come full. The hummus isn’t even covering the bottom of the ramekin. I got 5 dollars back from DoorDash but I’m starting to think I should just stop ordering from here because I always just get five dollars back instead of the thing I was craving.
The rice is sometimes dry and the other stuff looks like it was sitting out a bit too long. The seating is cool and there is a balcony which is fun! Overall decent food at a reasonable price.
Food is always fresh and excellent. Staff is friendly and the upstairs area is excellent for quick bite with a view! Could not recommend more! Try the lentil avocado.
This place is usually really delicious. Unfortunately I will not be getting the lamb meatballs ever again as they were raw in the middle. :( Which is also a shame because I had to pay extra for them and couldn't eat them.
My review used to be 5 stars. Changing it because you guys always forget my pita chips when I order delivery!! Uber eats just gives me back $2.99 but I don’t want $2.99 I want my chips ? I can’t get more chips delivered for $2.99 and the pita chips are the only thing I really want when I order here
Love this place for healthy, fast meal options. The employees are always very pleasant, which can sometimes be unheard of at a fast food chain
Greek salad with harissa honey chicken, tzatziki, hummus, etc was sooo good! Got a falafel on the side scrumptious. We sat outside great upper patio. ❤ Can't wait to go back!
Damn! Amazing pita! Everything tasted so fresh, lots of healthy options and the pita was huge! We will definitely return!
