Only place that sells decent banh mi in the area.But I recently went in (this was not my first time) and the woman at the register said it was cash only. I asked about this, because I remember there being a $10 minimum and using my card here before - the woman said she didn't know what I was talking about. I then asked if she knew if there was an ATM close by and she just said no. I think the sandwiches are OK here, but the service could be better.

Worst customer service ever! The ladies that work there are very rude. I came in to order and she replied very rudely and rolled her eyes. They’ve lost my business. Would not recommend to anyone who actually values being treated with respect. I would rate this place a ZERO if I could.
Got two banh mi for $11 - was only $0.50 to add pate to a grilled pork banh mi!This place has gone up in price, but still a a really good value! It’s a mainstay for casual Vietnamese in Richmond
Worth service, the two Latina ladies there are so rude, I have to beg them so they can sell me bread every time I go there, and they only accept cash no card. I hope the owner does something about it.
It's pretty nondescript and a tad grungy but the sandwiches are excellent, especially for the price. The bread is on point, just that perfect balance of crusty outside and soft inside, and the veggies are nice and fresh. The bubble tea is also really good, nothing crazy but just your standard solid bubble tea.Just make sure to call ahead if you're like me and hate waiting. For being relatively simple sandwiches they do take a few extra minutes compared to other sandwich joints, maybe about 10 minutes or so during normal times.
FYI. Price is $5 each today if anyone is new and was looking at the menu.
Visited for the first time today, and it was great! The grilled pork banh mi is absolutely delicious and was exactly what I was looking for. Great price and short wait. I'll definitely be back.
The bread is very good and they give you a decent amount of fillings (other than the protein). There should be more protein than anything else, but you get more of everything else...and then a little bit of protein.
Sandwiches are great and a great deal for the price, bottom line. Boba tea also delicious.
