Went to the Lakeside location for lunch by myself last week. I had a double cheeseburger with Chili, regular fries and a milkshake. Price was $26 before tip - $30 in total. The food was good, not spectacular. Even though I was the only customer there, I had to wait 10 minutes for my shake while the only server was chit chatting with a friend. I hadn’t been to CB&F in years. I remember it being better. For the price I paid, I doubt I will return.
We haven’t been since before the pandemic and were not disappointed. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating especially to my boys. The food is delicious every time we visit.

I recently booked their food truck for my church’s family night, and a success would be an understatement. From communicating with the coordinator to the day of, Carytown burgers and fries made it so easy. The men in the food truck provided excellent service for all of the families who attended. If you need a food truck, they are the people to call! Thank you for making it a night to remember!
Decent burgers and fries but overpriced, if I'm paying 9 bucks for a cheeseburger it really needs to come with a side. Outdoor seating which is pet friendly so that's a big plus for me personally as I roll with my Chihuahua all day long. I would rock B-Bach a few blocks away instead.
The food here is fantastic! The atmosphere is fun and family friendly and the staff are quick with your orders and remember to ask you if you need refills on drinks. I ordered the portabello brie burger and it was by far the best mushroom burger I've had!! Will dine here again in the future!
The burgers are to die for. The staff if friendly, and very helpful. The menu is like no other and you will definitely find something to satisfy your current taste.
We have never had problems with food and orders here. The burgers and sides are great and unique, and the service is comparable. The price of everything is on the higher end especially considering you have to purchase your sides separately.
Crazy how I've lived in VA for so many years; hang out in Carytown often, yet never tried this place until recently. Oh well it was definitely worth the wait. I had their 'California Burger (super avocado lover here ?) and it was banging!! Huge sandwich, large portion of fries and friendly service. My family & I sat outside on a lovely day and those burgers ? just made the day even better.$$
