Hands down the worst service I have ever recieved. I asked for a Coconut Milk Latte to which the server behind the counter Faye responded with a very resounding "No". Unsure as to whether her response was due to the coconut milk request, I then asked for a plain latte to which Faye responded with another "No". I asked Faye if why I was unable to order a latte to which she responded "I don't know how to make any of those drinks, I can try but I don't want to. I had two people ask me to make something for them earlier and they hated it so no, I will not make you a lattee. I can serve you hot coffee or cold coffee but none of those fancy drinks, I wasn't trained on them. So what kind of coffee do you want". After asking politely for a hot medium coffee, Faye practicially threw the coffee on the counter and moved on to the next customer before I was able to finish the transaction. If she would have said she didn't know how to make the drink, I would have gladly obliged. However the attitude and tone in her voice is what put me off from the entire experiance. Will not be returning.

Latte tasted overpoweringly of burnt coffee. The smoothie was clearly fruit-ish syrup with ice, low quality.

The staff are polite, but the drinks are so overly-sweet we all had to throw them away because they were in drinkable. The mixes they have to use for their coffee and tea drinks are just full of sugar.

This review is for the Caribou in the left wing of the terminal across from Cross Grain Brewery. The lady didn't know what a cappuccino was. When we ordered she pushed a button on the machine and have me a cup with 2 espresso shots. Where's the foamed milk? She actually said there is none bc that's what the machine gives out. Frothed milk is only a latte. So I had to self serve the only thing on the counter (heavy cream). Then my hubby's hot black coffee was not drinkable. How is this coffee chain monopolizing a whole airport's coffee business with horrible coffee????

Grabbed coffee & biscuits while waiting for our flight. Ladies at the Concourse B Caribou Coffee were friendly & courteous even with people standing in line. One staff member had a badge denoting that she was in training which I thought was very smart! She was trying very hard but did ask her co-worker for help when needed.

The woman taking the money for the coffee had 5" nails. She was scratching her ear and her hair. She then proceeded to make my oatmeal. She never washed her hands and with those nails there is no way there wasn't bacteria on them.Disgusting! I couldn't eat my oatmeal.

Great Coffee & breakfast sandwich. Prompt & courteous service. My first time purchasing. Will come again when i return.

The coffee shop was supposed to close at 6pm, but staff were turning people away at 5:40pm. The medium size is very large. I had the campfire mocha. It was very sweet. I would ask for less syrup and more coffee next time. There are many coffee and tea condiments and a nice selection of sugars.

3:00 at RIC. Somebody nearby had a coffee from here. I stood and waited for service a good ten minutes. Lights were on. Milk and other products were out. Staff was nowhere to be found. There were some employees nearby that simply stated it wasn't open "at the moment". Sure.If you're closed, then be closed. Don't leave milk and perishables out where they can go bad. Post something indicating you're not open.

Lights on during the middle of the day and no one was there to take your order/get your drinks or food, why not?!?!?!
