Capitol Waffle Shop definitely knows what they are doing, food and drinks are on point. They offer choices for every palate and flavor preference. It’s a must try!! We will be returning for sure!
The concept is... , a base of a waffle,... And on top of,... everything you can imagine, sweet, salty, or mixed, you decide... It's as easy as it is tasty, you can order in the table from your smartphone or directly at the front desk, but you can also order from an app and then pick up the order, I loved the concept, I liked the food, the place is small that way so many people prefer to order to go.
Friendly service....delicious waffles (liege, regular, and apple), and reasonable prices. Liege waffles are almost like a cookie with chunks of pearl sugar in them - very sweet. They call it capitol waffles because they want to put one in every capitol in the us.! It can take a long time to get your waffle - I waited over 25 minutes.

Their motto is, “waffles are just pancakes with abs.” I love that! The restaurant was a great find - the service was efficient and friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. We had the standard chicken and waffles with scrambled eggs and coffee. But, you can go wild. Capitol Waffle has a lot of creative topping choices (for example, Captain Crunch, berries, chocolate syrup and whipped cream) so there is something for everyone. Capitol Waffle is centrally located near the Capitol and nearby hotels.
We went for brunch and I made a waffle with blueberry, strawberry, whipped cream and ice cream. I also ordered chicken tenders and they were so good! Food came fast! Seating is limited so we were lucky to get a spot! I can't remember exactly wat he ordered but he liked it too!
Great customer service, delicious coffee and waffles. My only criticism would be that the strawberries seem to be previously frozen. Other than that, everything was great!
Absolutely loved this place! It's kinda small but their Waffles are amazing! They are fluffy and full of flavor. But be careful with the hot sauce, it's really hot hehe ?

Yum yum yummy!!! We had the chicken and waffle $5 special and it was awesome! Very fresh and tasty! And we split the Bad Apple Waffle. OMGOSH! Heaven in your mouth! Highly recommend!
