Excellent place in Cary Town I skipped the burger for Shrimp sautéed with French sauce. And a fruit cup.I did not stay long because a very bad storm was moving in but The people around me seemed to enjoy what they were eating. I would go back.

April 18, 2022 - Based on some of the recent reviews we were a little skeptical about coming here, but were pleasantly surprised. We had decent service. It took a little while to get our drink order, but after that it was consistent. Some people have mentioned that it took a long time to receive their food so I timed it and it took us 20 min from when we ordered, so not bad at all. The fries were good and the burger is okay. They did mess up one of our dipping sauce orders, but not a big deal. Not my favorite burger either, I think Buddy’s is much better. Overall nothing spectacular, but a decent spot.

While in the area for work we stopped for lunch. Unlike several other reviews, the service was good. I had the Pit Boss and it was pretty good. I ordered no pink, but there was still a little pink in the meat. The fries were very good. I wish you could substitute the salad for fries. Even if there was an up charge, I would be ok with it. Overall a good burger place for lunch.

The food was ok but the plates were not served at the same time for the guest. One water glass was dirty. The table was wobbly. We said that to the employee but he did not do anything.

What happened!? This was a tried and true spot, but this week was completely different. Went for dinner and the hostess was aloof, red wine was warm (way more than room temp), asked for water multiple times, and my friend’s burger was stone cold. Maybe they’re low on staff right now, understandable, but nearly every point of service had an issue. Will not be on my “go to” list anymore.

We got to this burger joint at 3pm and did not get our food until 420pm....they were serving people on the patio their food that had come in behind us first sitting inside. The food was okay, sweet tea was good, however, the reason why I even gave 2 stars is because one lady who was not even our waiter/ waitress tried to get our food out, checking on us during the wait.

My burger was tasty but I don't think we will be going back. It wasn't worth the price given that sides weren't included; Our service was lackluster as well. That might very well be a condition of the hiring market at the moment, but it still makes the food less desirable when you are greeted with indifference at best, not offered a high chair for the baby, etc

We were meeting with new friends and had a great meal! There were five of us, and I can't remember what everyone ordered, but I know everyone loved their burgers(gluten free buns are available). The fries were a huge hit, with a plethora of dips to be had. Be clear if you want something saved. I thought my plate was being taken to wrap, but it was tossed. Sadly, half of a delicious burger was trashed. Other than that, the meal was a huge success.

Literally disgusting. I got the deluxe burger. Asked for a pink center. It was overcooked and looked like a hockey puck. My daughter got a chicken sandwich and it tasted sour. Terrible service. There are 6 servers I see and they are all standing around talking. The salad had no dressing. Take a drive to the midlothian turnpike location. That location has excellent food.

Really delishious burgers, both beef and lamb! We had one of each and they were both absolutely great. Rolls are made fresh. Helpful and pleasant staff. We were in for lunch on New Years Eve at the Cary St location, it wasn't too busy, but usually it is very busy.
