You guys are not my fav anymore. We came on my birthday 4.18 and it was raining bad that day but we came in for a bday quick snack and drink. I wanted a daiquiri but had no blender!!! So, we ordered wings and they were dry and over cooked. Got a mojito drink and the mint and limes in the drink were wilted and had black spots on them a d the drnk tasted nasty..ugh!! . They shouldn't have been served to anyone and thrown away. It was a bad experience. Our waitress had to leave to get her kids from daycare. So no one waited on us... smh!
I work here and love it I make good money and the people are great
Wonderful place usually go there for lunch. The ladies at the take out area always make sure everything and everyone leaves with their orders correct. Plus there's one with really dope tats. Keep up the great work.
Worst service people here are racist.
Second time i’ve had issues with this location. Accidentally ordered for the wrong time and immediately called to fix the order for two hours later, i was told i couldn’t do that because the food was already done… twenty minutes before the accidental pick up time. I asked the girl to then cancel my order and refund me. 10 days later i’ve spoke to two different managers and still have not received my refund. I understand they normally take about 5-7 business days but this is seriously unacceptable.
I order Bww a fair amount from this location. It has consistently disappointed, but this time was the last straw. I always get my order 10 minutes or later after the pickup time, but today I was waiting for 20 minutes before getting my food. I don't have much time on my lunch break, so this is a huge problem. My order was also wrong, giving me bone-in wings rather than boneless wings. In addition to this, the fries I received were not fresh and somewhat cold.This has been a consistent problem at this location for the past few months. I will not be ordering from this location again.
Me and a friend went here last night, they weren't too busy at all. We were seated promptly, but it took over 15 minutes until someone came over to assist us. We spoke with the manager and he did give us a complimentary bar food , that was sweet of him for our wait. When the waitress came over she was really sweet, and very helpful. She was overall just awesome! We ordered our food and it did take a good amount of time for it to come out. Once the food came out it was hot only thing that was warm was the boneless wings which were terrible! We ended up getting to go boxes. They were hard like rocks.... So I wont be going back to things Buffalo Wild Wings again!
Poor service. I was fine with the wait as it was crowded. However, when other guests were serviced before us I asked a waiter as to why? I was notified that she could not take our order because it was not her table. When asked who the waiter for our table was (due to the fact we arrived before the 2 other tables that had received service) I was told she did not know. I wouldn't call in an order here either the line for takeout and the amount of employees circling around 2 registers was concerning. Maybe the one in short pump will be better lol if not I'll leave another review
The worst customer service ever. First we sat for about 15 minutes before anyone greeted us or got drinks. They then took our order which included appetizers. We watched people come after us and get food. We still had nothing. No one came to check in with us, nothing. So I went to manager after waiting an additional 15 mins to express my concern. She stated she would check on the status of our order. She did not come back by the time we just got up and left. Freaking ridiculous! My.second time at this location and I will never return.. probably to any other Buffalo wild wings.
This place has gone so down hill! Every time I think the service couldn't get worse, it does. Tonight hit rock bottom. The table they sat us at was so dirty that the menus stuck to it. It took 30 minutes to get our beers and place our food order. I had to go to the bar myself for non-alcoholic refills. They were totally out of to-go boxes. And the kicker is that the Tuesday buy one get one deal is now buy one get half off up to 15 wings! So, service has gotten worse and prices have gone up! The manager on duty couldn't have cared less either. It wouldn't surprise me if this location goes under in the near future because I can't imagine why anyone would ever go back.
