So I’ve come here twice in the last two months; sadly, horrible experience both times. First we sat inside and watched the servers around us serve people who came in after us and then had to ask for someone to serve us after waiting 30 minutes. Didn’t even get our drinks taken. Then today with it not being busy, we sat outside and once again had to get up and ask for someone to serve us and then was told “the servers don’t like to come outside” I’m sorry what? The servers don’t like to serve outside? So how long would I of been sitting outside waiting for someone to come take my order if I didn’t ask for help? Tell the servers to do there jobs or fire them! Honestly I don’t recommend this place at all. On the other hand - the bartender that took our order and helped us was absolutely lovely! Very kind and polite. Helped making up for the horrible servers so thanks to him for doing his job the right way and this location needs more people like him!
Definitely avoid this place, bad service. We ordered an app we never got, took forever to place orders because bartender/server was chatting with other tables. We were pretty upset and wanted to take the food to go so we asked for boxes as soon as we got the food. Got the boxes 20 minutes later. Took even longer to cash out. Ordered dessert we never got. I guess I was so distracted I left my credit card there. Called the next day to check and see if they had it. Was told a manager would call me back. Never got a call. Ended up canceling the card so I didn't have to go back to this place.
I had to wait a bit to order even though the places wasn't packed. The drinks could have been stronger, it was like drinking juice (maybe I'm just a fish ?♀️).My Chicken was dry and hard. BDubs has fallen off these past few years. I love the Buffalo chicken wrap but it's no good if the chicken can't pass the bar.
I agree with previous reviewer, this BWW location was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online today for to-go order. I was ten minutes early; food was ready. Got back to eat lunch, boneless wings were obviously old, cold, salty, overcooked and disgusting! Wings didn’t have enough mild sauce to cover each wing. Fries were cold and hard as well! I threw the rest away. Waste of time and money. Never again! I would not recommend this location to anyone!
Upon entry, we were told we can find a table for self-seating which was fine. It was searching for a clean table where the issue began; being that majority of the tables were dirty. After finding a half decent table, we waited about 15-20 mins for someone to come talk to us, and no-one did. We did not even get asked if there was something to drink we’d like, almost like we were not even acknowledged. The guy I talked spoke with confirmed that he was the manager for the night, however, after I made my complaints he was suddenly mute and ended the conversation with a blank stare. I assume he didn’t care. With him being a “manager” and to have that interaction with him, just only confirmed that I will no longer visit this location. The customer service IS EXTREMELY POOR. It continues to get worse. I am highly disappointed, especially being that this was my favorite location and I was a frequent customer.
today we had every intention of enjoying some wings from this place, but unfortunately the customer service by the staff leaves a lot to be desired, at the entrance to the place everything was dirty, they made us wait more than 1 hour and they never brought us the menu, I got up to tell one of the ladies if she could serve us and she never came. we had to leave the place,. We hope they can improve.
My boyfriend & I placed an order to go through Uber eats, before 8:30pm this evening. Our driver sat waiting for over 40 minutes, and the staff could only tell them “it’s not done yet.” My boyfriend then attempted to call the store multiple times, with no answer. Our driver messaged that they could actually hear the phone ringing for the restaurant, but none of the staff were picking up the phone. It wasn’t until 10:40pm, over 2 hours after we placed our order, that we were finally notified it was cancelled. My tummy has been grumbling for over an hour & now so am I
I usually love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location screwed me over. Ordered two orders of 10 wings and fries. Without going In to the useless experience I had with the host, the order only came with one order of fries, the wrong type of wings, and only 3 wings per box when we ordered a 10 count. Disappointed. When we tried to get the order fixed and/or our money back there was no help and no one even around to help us at the front. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Worst customer service ever. I would give zero rating if I could. I received dry chicken wings like chicken wings From Chinese without any signature sauce. I didn't receive blue cheese, ranch, carrots/ celery. I called the manager and she was rudest person I ever spoke to. My honest suggestion is to either change the management/staff or shut this branch.
I've lived in Richmond for 15 plus years. This b dubs is garbage. The location is prime and it has to be the only reason it is still in business. The bartenders and servers are horrible. Turnover at this place is insane. I'm not sure who owns this place but they suck.
