This location has terrible food. My cajin filet tasted like it had been fried a week ago and sat out since then. Dryer than sand. And the Mac and cheese has 0 flavor. Rather eat Easy Mac. Plus their prices are different than what's on the board. When asked about it, they said prices fluctuate and they can't do anything about it. Just keep driving by this place!
My first experience at a Bojangles was excellent. The cashier was patient with explaining the different meal options available. The meals are large, have plenty of sides, and are very filling and delicious. The chicken strips tasted great and also looked as good as they are portrayed on TV commercials. Bojangles just gained a new repeat customer.
There is nothing wrong with hiring just anything, but why does everyone have black nails and no gloves on . Why does the food always look beat up? Why is the place so dirty and the food never up to par? Please close down or send a super manager!
Food was great, service was AWFUL. I have NEVER been to a fast food restaurant and had such a bad experience in my life. Every single employee was rude.
The sausage gravy was very thick and not hot.
This location never disappoints ... the staff is cool & the dining room is always clean.
HORRIBLE!!! So disappointed with this Bojangles. Forget getting unsweetened tea EVER! They always make nothing but sweet and put it in the unsweet container. Orders are never prepared correctly so you spend forever in the drive thru trying to get it corrected. They need to get it straight because at this point I’m done with them and will just have to wait until I visit NC to get the real thing
Been waiting on the drive through for about 40 min and still haver ordered so I figured I'd write a review while watching an employee burn cigarettes while cars are wrapped around the building. Obviously poor management and baised on other reviews im reading this is fairly common at this location and should be managments #1 priority.
Had a taste for biscuits and gravy. It was cold by the time I was able to eat it, 10 minutes drive away. After microwaving it, it was decent, hit the spot.
