Soggy catfish and completely inedible. I would suggest poking holes in the box to preserve the food. A waste of money.
I placed an order through Grubhub and it was running late so I called Grubhub and they informed me that big herms uses it’s own drivers to call them. So I call Big Herms and the employee that answers the phone was rude from jump I told her what was going on and she says well your food been ready so that’s on Grubhub not us. I didn’t get rude I hung and called Grubhub maybe 5 mins later and they tried to call this establishment 2 times with no answer. So I called the restaurant back and after the 4th attempt someone finally picked up of course the same employee with the nasty attitude I told her Grubhub said y’all have y’all own drivers I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on with my order and with an attitude she said well the driver has already picked up your food he left 2 minutes after you called the first time and again that’s not our problem it’s Grubhubs and hung up on me.
Best spot in Jackson Ward for a classic burger or sandwich. The cornbread is to die for. I've never had a bad experience here.
I went here on my lunch break. Both the cook and server was nice with taking my order and getting my food out to me quickly. I ordered the catfish sub & the bbq wings with Mac n cheese. Will be returning soon and letting others know about this place. It is not a dine in spot only pick up.
This is the spot for the best bologna burger in town! You must try the blacken chicken salad,it's delicious! Great tasting wings and desserts!

Horrible horrible food. The wings are disgusting and I can’t eat them. This is the worst. I want my money back. The worst part is I left a tip on a Togo order and still received disgusting food!!!
This is not the first, fifth or tenth time I’ve ordered from this restaurant. And every time I receive my food it’s perfectly made. My go to meal is the Grilled Shrimp Salad and the Garlic Parmesan Wings. Awesome customer service. Food prepared in 30 minutes or less. Perfect spot to grab comfort food on the go.
My partner and I live within walking distance of Big Herms and we try to go at least once a week! The food is delicious and filling, everything is affordable, and the staff is so friendly! We’ll keep coming back even when we’re no longer living in the neighborhood and can’t recommend them strongly enough!
