Today I was disappointed in the service for pickup as well as some of the changes to Beauvines menu. This has been our respite for the past two years. Today I ordered two whole30 friendly burgers with avocado and mushrooms along with some fries. The hostesses were playing with their phones and told me to go to the bar. Turns out after I waited for the busy bartender (while the young ladies still had nothing to do) I was at the wrong end of the bar. Got home with my food and discovered the burgers were over cooked and the serving of fries has been cut by 3/4, not to mention the avocado placed on our burger was a small slice. I recognize avocado is expensive and you have to account for loss but charging $2 for a slice seems a bit steep. The mushrooms were amazing and reminiscent of our pandemic burgers from beauvine. Have to say overall pretty disappointed.

Love this place! This was the best burger I’ve had in a while. There’s a wide selection and they have great drinks. The aesthetic is cool and the staff are very nice. Their frozen drinks are excellent as are the bartender’s suggestions! We tried the frozarita which was very yummy. Beauvine has indoor and outdoor seating, and the side of the restaurant opens so even if you’re indoors, you can feel the open air. We got a burger and the Lafayette. There were gluten free and vegan options for this meal!

Cheers to this place because everything was immaculate. The staff and cook was great the first time we came but as we came a couple days later the burger was not pink “as you don’t need to request for pink” I still did and it came out very dry… and the waitress we had was not nice at all. I still love the atmosphere and the 4 star review is for the first time we came around. I would still come here but probably, please make sure the cooks are doing “pink” burger… unless asked otherwise like adverted in your menu.

Service was great. The burgers were way overcooked. We asked for med rare and they were done with no pink. Buns fell apart like they were old. Bloody Mary was too spicy. My wife couldn’t finish it.

Went here with my husband, we love a good burger. He got the Timberbell burger (beef patty) & a pineapple mimosaI got the DeLeon (turkey patty)Food was delicious, seasoned & cooked well!Service was awesome as well, definitely would come back!

I've never had a bad experience here. My favorite burger is the Belle Ringer and their fries are to die for, especially if you get them with the fancy seasoning. I finally remembered to try their pickled veg, too, and I will definitely be getting those again next time because they were perfectly crisp with the best amount of zest. You absolutely won't be disappointed going here.

Deee-lish-us!! I had the Joe Beef with bacon. That was the best burger I have ever had! Staff was pleasant. Just don't have much of a beer selection.

We had the hot butter rum, rutti tutti shake, Joe’s beef burger, a custom burger, and duck fat fries. Everything was amazing and I have no complaints. Burgers were cooked perfects with all fresh ingredients , shake said it contained alcohol and didn’t seem to have much in it at all but was delicious regardless. Fries were perfectly cooked. Was pretty affordable overall , paid $70 for 3 drinks, 2 burgers and fries -including the tip. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, the sauce and truffles on the Joe’s beef burger were delicious!

best cooked burgers in richmond.Sweet potato waffle fries were amazing and so crispy. They do have parking right side of the restaurant.Pretty easy street parking too.Vegan burger is also so so good.
