Friendly staff and yummy ice creams!

I just had the most wonderful phone experience with Joy ? she was extremely helpful with my concern of ordered my first order from them on door dash and gave me all the info needed to make sure my product arrives frozen and not melted ? This women needs a raise I have never had someone more polite and informative towards me about a concern as she was !!! Thankyou so much Joy this five stars are for you !!!!

Great little local shop, clean and nice, with plenty of parking in back (which is a bit hard to see from the street). Chocolate Almond is my favorite ice cream of all time. I used to wait for it to come around each year, but this shop always has it in stock! :-9

Pretty good ice cream and rarely misses. However, the customer service isn't always the best. Upon entering the store, I noticed the sales associate checking the temperature of the cake freezer; holding a thermometer, clip board, and pencil, not to mention opening the case door. He greeted us, then proceeded to take our orders. He didn't wear any gloves nor washed his hands. I politely requested he wear gloves and he responded that he doesn't touch our orders. I still requested the gloves anyway. He seemed to walk away, put off by my request. The owner (older lady) comes out to hand him gloves and tells me that they aren't required to wear gloves. I respond as politely as I can that it's for my comfort. She then says that the scoop won't be perfect and distorted. I responded that he didnt wash his hands; so, either he can wash his hands or wear the gloves. It's surprising that an establishment can be offended at the request of a patron that deals with hygiene and cleanliness, especially during a "pandemic". The real problem is that the associate isn't washing his hands before dealing with a customer's order.

Not a fan of this location but was in the neighborhood and my 3 yr old was determined to get ice cream. They have the display of sizes ,including jr size cup but could not get a jr size can only get 1 scoop . now a jr is smaller than a one scoop and more than enough for a toddler but was told they no longer sale jr scoop.

They were so nice so helpful it was very clean
