Have to give this a 1 due to my order being canceled on doordash after it was confirmed and said to be picked up. Not sure what the issue was but they are saying it's your fault. Somebody explain. Also spent a pretty penny not to get any food nor my money back immediately which I find stupid on the apps behalf!! Very disappointed!Also placed the order @ 1130 so you had time to make order if that was the problem.
Went to this establishment 8 PM on a Tuesday. Per their website and Facebook they are open. Once arrived, the open sign was lit, the lights and TVs were on. Even the Entry sign was outside but the doors were locked. We called and there was no answer. So don’t count on them if you are hungry. After reading other reviews, it sounds like this place might not last long. If you were going to be closed please make it noticeable on the outside and/or online.
I went here back when it was Emilios and had a great time, so I was curious when a new spot opened up. Reviews seemed to be pretty good online as well, but unfortunately, we were not impressed. First off, the place was freezing on the side we sat on, which we were warned about; however, we did not plan on being there so long, which was the main issue. We were the only table almost the entire hour and a half we were there. That being said, we figured food would be relatively quick, but that was not the case at all. We waited about an hour for our burger and even longer for our nacho appetizer, which we had hoped to originally have before the burger. Then, we get the check and notice 20% gratuity was added for 2 people. We were not made aware of that unless it is posted somewhere obscure in the restaurant? I more then understand adding gratuity to larger groups and I dont even mind it for 2 as I always like to tip that or more, but patrons should be made aware of this. Food was good, I would not say worth the wait time. The server was the only bright spot as she was very accommodating; we tipped her more even on top of the auto gratuity because I understood most of our issues were out of her hands. All in all, we will not be back, but hopefully this was just an off night for them...
10/10 stars - This is the best burger I’ve had in RVA. Please please try it! There’s a small wait time as with anywhere. It’s worth it, the bartender / waitress is super kind and the food like I said was amazing- the fries are slightly sprinkled with a touch of Cajun seasoning. ? The drinks are good as well!
My husband and I decided to try something different for dinner and came across Barvina on Doordash. We both ordered the Honey Old Bay Chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. The flavor was great, the fries were great, my only suggestion would be to offer a side of the honey old bay sauce for dipping. It was sooo good. We will definitely order here again.
first off im just going to say this whole experience was GHETTO! was not greeted when we entered their establishment. a young guy and 2 girls behind the bar.when was giving the menu the young lady gave us 2 separate menus 3 different times because they didn’t know if brunch was still going on or if they was on dinner. ended up settling for the brunch menu when i came here for a burger.while waiting on my food the young man & 2 young ladies sat at the bar and was bad mouthing whom ever .. which should never be done in front of customers.my woman order a legend beer. which the first time came out super foamy. the young lady tried her best serval times to make it less foamy. when received the beer was stale.a couple entered shortly after and nobody greeted them.the chicken and waffles i was impressed by.

Last night was the first time eating here. Asia was out waitress and she was AMAZING! Shout out to her for the great hookah. The food was good and fresh. I had a buffalo chicken wrap which was delicious. The atmosphere is great too. Will definitely be back.
I visited for the first time 9/10 for a family birthday party. I thoroughly enjoyed as well as the band. Though it was a two person band, it was still entertaining. The building is nice and clean. The two waiters were interpersonal. I will visit again and will plan something for other family, Sorority and friend gatherings!
Waited for over an hour and a half with no one else in the restaurant but my brother and I. The music was so loud with an empty room that I prayed for earplugs to prevent ear bleed. Will not ever go back. Food was just OK. Could have had better at Ruby Tuesday.\\n*updated*\\nI respect that you responded. Thank you. I will say however that we had already been there for an hour before it was mentioned to us that the grease was being changed out and we were told that our food would be there in 5 minutes. It was another 25 minutes. When I got the bill at the end of the meal it had all the food and beers included as well as a pre-charged 20% tip for a party of two. I had to ask for the beers to be removed. I don't like to leave harsh feedback, but it was a really rough night there. I hope this helps drive improvements.
