Went here today because I have been craving Burek. We got the spinach and cheese as well as the meat Burke. Both were delicious. Then I ordered the paprikash and my friend ordered the beef kabob platter. Mine was great, his beef was cooked perfectly but I really have to tell you about his side. He got the Balkan potatoes. We both agree, they may be the best potatoes we have ever had. Creamy, flavorful, amazing. If you go, get the potatoes! Can’t wait to go back and try more things.
Fantastic place! We had burek as an appetizer - very much homemade looking and tasting reminded me of "home" (Turkey). For entrées, had goulash, paprikash and Feta salad. All the food were cooked/prepared to perfection. The homemade bread served with goulash and Feta cheese spread served with paprikash were the winners! Baked apple roll as a dessert was light and delicious.Didn't look at the drinks menu carefully but I believe they do serve wines and beers from the Balkan area which I'd like to try next time.Finally, our server was absolutely lovely and the service was quick.We're already planning to go back and try other items on the menu! So happy to find this place and definitely recommend.

Please give this amazing central/eastern European restaurant a go! Great service, delicious food, and good prices. Always impressed! Try the Meze platter app if you dig smoked meat--tip. Haven't had a single thing that wasn't amazingly tasty here. Love it!
I haven't been to Balkan Restaurant in about six years but I recall the food was excellent. I am only writing this because I was sharing the experience with a co-worker and my mouth is watering. Unfortunately I stopped eating meat five years ago :0)
I came with my family last night here for our wedding anniversary and I can say that this was the best choice we made.I am from that part of the world and I can say that you can find The Best Eastern European food here .We loved everything about it. Awesome service . It is very clean , cozy ,reasonable price and friendly people and atmosphere .The food was delicious that you can't get anywhere else around .It is prepared fresh just like homemade and the portions are pretty big ! The fries on the sides were the best I have had so far .We enjoyed each dish we ordered. The meat board and Bulgarian wine made us feel like home .Worth to try it . You’ll be surprised .Definitely we 'll be back .
Fantastic food. The fried cheese was delicious - and light. We ordered the Paprikash , the Sataras and the Balkan Schnitzel. All were fabulous. The Schnitzel was tremendous - I took it home to eat the next day.Will be coming back soon. Yum. Thank you!
Have been here twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. Low key, quiet atmosphere, ideal for family and friends; great food and service. So far have sampled the schnitzel (which is immense and likely you'll want to split it), the Cevapi (the "small" portion was plenty big!), and sides like the cabbage salad, fried feta and the Burek. The fried feta is the best fried cheese appetizer I've eaten. Completely superior to fried mozzarella. Also recommend the Baltika Russian lager. Perfect for quaffing with your meal. Reasonable prices and hearty portions.
