I only order at stores that have a functioning mobile app, that offers mobile ordering and curbside delivery, so I eat at stores like McDonald's and Wendy's and because of the meal deals I sometimes go to burger King... I hate these drive thrus and I hate having to go in when I'm in a rush... I even eat at sheetz because they curbside, but I do not go to 711 much, so please add these functions to your app, you have an app but it is useless
I don't know what it is, but it seems like there's some sort of chemical (cleaning supplies?) in the lima beans.. Tried calling to let them know, but no one answers at the store...

I do not understand why when I arrived at Arbys at 8 50 pm, the speaker would not allow me to place an order. The speaker told me the restaurant was closed. Arbys hours are advertised to close at 9pm. I called inside to speak with a manager who told me the system automatically shuts down. Huh? Why would the "system" should down before the restaurant closes? Better yet, what system? This makes no sense. If closing time is 8 50, Please advertise that time. If it's 9 pm, please adjust your system! Simple! Poor customer service. I drove a distance, to arrive by 9pm. Do better!
I ordered a loaded deluxe baked potato with extra butter and sour cream but only got the butter and sour cream but was charged for the deluxe. Another drive thru rip off!
The lady was really nice. We get home and food was just ok and not 100% correct. But look at the mash potatoes as the side. Um, disgusting, they went straight in the trash. They should look at the food they are giving you and ask themselves, would I eat this? Wasted my $$ that night.
Had the hot honey boneless wings with crinkle fries. Not a fan of the crinkle fries but the wings were very tasty. Suggest getting the curly fries instead.
One of the best Arby's experiences in n a while! Food was fresh, got a baked potato and 2 beef and cheddars. The girl behind the counter also came out and helped my son with the soda machine.
Recently rebuilt. Obviously well managed. Professional crew. Very responsive. This location stands above others in a very good chain of fast food. Well done- Bob Ruthazer
The food was excellent (I got the rueben sandwich, it was my first time getting it and it was great.) the service was fast and friendly, and overall the experience is what you always expect from a fast food joint. I’d go back again!
