Dine-in isn't open due to staffing shortage. So, I've subtracted 1 star for that and another star because the business failed to update google and their website. It was open a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure what happened.Otherwise, this location is aolid. Service is prompt and rhe food is fresh.
This Arby's was amazing! And the structure of it reminded me of a bass pro shop! Friendly environment; and the service was amazing! Food tatted so fresh! Made my day feel special! Thank you Arby's employees! ♥️
Typically, Arby's is great food. However, this time we ordered the regular roast beef combo. The sandwich was really good as was the service. However, the fries were awful. They tasted liked they had been fried in old oil or in oil that fish had been fried in. They were not edible.
This is a great Arby's. Dope atmosphere, food's always good. They are always serving zucchini muffins which are delicious. Staff is always really friendly. They even have a burrito bar. Haven't tried that yet but I'm sure it's good.pickvyour time wisely though because they get pretty busy. Not that the wait is long though.
Extremely beautiful place. Nicest Arby's I've ever been in. The staff is beyond friendly. The restaurant is very clean and kept up well. They always get the order right. Good food. Good customer service.
Idk why this place looks like a ski lodge in the middle of Short Pump but if you put it in the middle of the woods, it would fit in a lot better.Also, the last time we went, they got my order completely wrong but they got my husband's right and I still ate what they gave me so...ya know...
Probably the best Arby's I've ever been into. More like a fancy restaurant but fast food prices. Canoe hanging from ceiling is pretty cool. TV to watch while dining.
Very pleased to see hard-working crew and management! The food is always excellent. Line was a little bit backed up but that’s to be expected on a Saturday night at 7 PM. Number one go to restaurant/fast food stop after a hard day at work.

Boy I absolutely love going to a fast food place before closing time to find that they are already closed. I didn't realize a 9pm closing time meant that the store stopped being open at 845. This place used to be the best, it has very quickly become the worst of the fast food options.
