I placed an order over the phone for pick up. I asked for a live person so my order is not incorrect.Welp that didn’t work on top they charged me for extra food like two orders of fries which i didn’t ask for but they charged me.I bring the food back decide since I’ve waited so long to eat inside and wait till they get it right you think they will accommodate me for the xtra fries I never order for something else since I’ve paid but not ! they won’t even offer silverware!this place I’ve given chance after chance but today I’m saying something about it go to west broad it’s worth the drive! Staff here is ghetto and very unprofessional !
We had a party of 5 but only had to wait 5 minutes. The waitress was awesome and checked on us awesome. The food was great. We will be back.
Amazing food each time I order. It come hot and fresh and is worth the money. The one time they made a mistake they made it right the next visit
Mac n Cheese w/ Honey Pepper Tenders, Chicken w/ shrimp and mashed potato's. Mozzarella sticks for appetizer. 2/$29. Not a bad deal. Food awesome!
They are so understaffed in there that the service was excruciatingly slow! I could tell my waitress was doing the best she could but was clearly overwhelmed! I don't expect much from Applebee's food so I'm not very disappointed that half the food wasn't very good but the beer pub pretzels and wonton tacos were delicious! Also very affordable since they have half off appetizers after 9pm and $4 beers anytime I was able to get 4 appetizers and 2 beers under $30!
Customer service sucks the food was nasty to be honest Stay away the quality of the food has went down. Oh my God the silverware was horrible it felt like I was just eating out of family dollar flatware
Wait staff had too many tables to keep things straight. They were gracious, and courteous. Just a lot of mistakes
They were very busy. My server was great she was even training on a Friday night great job! My onion soup was the best I've ever had at an Applebee's. I look for an Applebee's because I can get a perfect margarita. Brought my quesadilla home thanks for good food and excellent service
We enjoyed fantastic customer service and wonderful food. The atmosphere was great. This visit helped to give us a bright spot into a day that was full of stress and concern for a family member who was being examined at the nearby hospital. We were very grateful for the sanctuary.
We really enjoyed our dinner at Applebee's. Our waitress was great, never ran out of water. Checked to make sure everything was good etc.
