The regular guy at register who takes orders is gone, my grilled chicken wrap was the worst, it was dry, they put hot peppers on it instead of green peppers, I asked for extra mayo, it was dry as a bone and it taste funny. 2 days it was dry, that is it, they have a new cook also. They just lost a customer.
First of all, every table is dirty. Employees are sitting on their phones talking to each other instead of cleaning one table. It’s not like the place is packed with people. The price is NOT worth the old chicken wings that they coated with sauce and probably popped in the microwave. Customer service is okay. Refills for a dollar? But you overcharge us for days old wings, makes sense. Not coming here again.
Price has gone up substantially at this place. I understand food prices have increased everywhere but their food has gone up at least $5 on everything so unfortunately I won't be eating there anymore. I paid $21 for a combo that used to be $14, that's unreal
Proceed with caution. This is usually one of my go to places but lately they have been WILDIN. I will speak on today’s incident. I asked for a salad with minimal toppings (meat, cheese, cucumbers) the man took my order over the phone and read it back to me correctly told me it was a 10min wait. I get to the establishment to get my food it was not ready i waited 30 mins for my order (not an issue, i have patience). I get my salad and it is filled with everything im allergic to (which is why i asked for the salad in a specific way). This however, was not my issue. I let the CASHIER know my salad was wrong he says he will have chef remake it. CASHIER takes the salad back and starts taking the items out with his BARE HANDS after taking cash from a customer before going to the back with my salad. I asked for a refund and the cashier assured me the chef was “remaking” my salad. I let him know that i watched him dig in my salad and his face turned white because he did not know i saw him through the kitchen window….i got a refund and vowed not to go back. Please be aware.
First the online menu and the inside prices are different then my burger had turkey bacon not pork and when I came to change it they had an attitude and said I should of asked what kind of bacon before I ordered.
They have the best wings in town just the way you like them
This place is great. I usually find that the traditional wings are a little on the dry side, but the boneless wings are really great. They add sauces kind of regularly, and one of them is mild parmesan which is just mild Buffalo sauce with parmesan cheese. It's a great addition and worth trying at least once.My order hasn't been wrong before, and it's always ready when I get there if I order online. I don't see a lot of people there when I go, which is unfortunate because it's kind of an under rated wing spot. I always ask for extra sauce and they always deliver :)

I called in and asked for a 10 piece boneless honey bbq wings combo, I get my food it’s bone in I take it back I get boneless wings & it’s only 8 in here pls don’t come here!
Ate here for first time with my daughter, took a while to look over the menu ,because we looked online and the prices are different, more expensive on the store. It is definitely not what I expected. Just from entering this location it felt dirty and unhealthy. The chicken alfredo was ordered nd that was pretty good, not so bad. the bread served with it was smashed soggy and burnt, not cool. The fried shrimp I ordered was ok, juicy shrimp -the breaded part tasted fishy and maybe old/overused oil. as well as The French frys, were stiff and also tasted fishy. The worst part was they handed me an old/sour,discolored tarter sauce and cocktail. Not happy with the atmosphere inside or the prepared food. With all the closing time from the virus you would think it would be more clean and organized. Im not quite sure things are being checked around here.
