I even got a very good margarita to go, and the meal came with a small serving of chips and salsa. The restaurant itself is very small, and the receptionist at the hotel warned that it gets busy. On our drive from LasVegas to Oregon, we stopped for the night in Battle Mt. Nevada. We looked, on Trip Advisor, for a restaurant and found that the number 1 rated was a Mexican Restaurant called El Aguila Real. This small restaurant is the REAL DEAL! My husband had the Carne Asada with sautéed onions and small corn tortillas. He rated it as excellent! I had the chicken enchilada with verde sauce, and I rated it excellent as well. The server was friendly and answered questions we had not only about the food, but the surrounding area. We will definitely go back there again, when returning from Vegas. If you are traveling thru this small town, stop, have a great margarita and an authentic Mexican meal! You will not be disappointed.
