I had to do an event here. The owner/manager, Rasheedah T., was so nice to everyone from us to her guests and most importantly to her staff that all you saw was smiles! She clearly gets it. She takes amazing pride in her creation. People enjoyed the food and the beverages. I could not drink because I was working, but her Sweet Tea and her Fruit Punch were awesome. Several of the guests complimented her chicken and waffle dish. However the unique thing about her floor set up is there are plenty of VIP private spaces for people to have time to themselves to celebrate life. I look forward to coming back for brunch or night out. What a nice place with beautiful well dressed people. It reminded me of D.C., N.Y. or L.A. Great Job!

I come here often, but honestly the last time lost me enough from the service and sub par food. It took an hour and a half for my food to get put (after asking about 25 questions , I realized the food I already paid for was not even entered). After waiting a full one hour with no outcome, the bar STILL charged me for my drink despite receiving nothing (but I was refunded the amount of the drink I didn’t want lol). I work at a restaurant so I get the difficulties that come with it but this place is dismissive and truly isn’t customer service oriented and it shows. It’s also like…you require 20% gratuity but don’t eve offer bare minimum customer service…HUH?? Never coming back from the service cause it’s definitely money oriented with no customer service focus. And during black restaurant week?? You offered your restaurant up??

I’ve been going to this place consecutively since they opened back in March of 2021! The owner is literally the BEST, she makes sure everyone and everything at Aces is taken care of. The Sunday brunch buffet, the magnum mimosas, the beautiful bartenders, etc are to die for! My friends and I love aces, it is our go to spot for a cute birthday brunch or just some good food and good vibe! IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW!!!! ♥️

This place is a staple in Richmond! They served a whole wedding party with no hiccups! Great service! The waiters and bartenders, amazing! Shoutout to management for showing their face and checking in! I strongly recommend for everyday or big party!!!!!!!!! I’ll be back!!!

The place is a whole vibe. Ambiance is dope and all. However, the drink and food menu is not what's up. The extra large mimosa is a juice/ fruit cocktail that's going to give you a stomach ache from drinking too much juice. And the food menu is rather limited on what they have. I gave them 4 stars because the customer service is dope and the ambiance is nice. I will say that the burn marks on the tables looks a bit bad too.

On 2/26 my friends and I hung out in Richmond and it was recommended that we visit Aces. We definitely had a good time here. The environment was nice, the staff was nice, and it was overall chill. HOWEVER…I do not think this place is truthful about their liquor. I had ordered a Hennessy and they told me they only had Hennessy VSOP (to up charge) so I was fine with it, but when I got my drink it definitely was not Hennessy. I don’t know what type of liquor they gave me. Also, my friend ordered a tequila drink and she stated hers did not taste right either. So my suggestion here is just stick to a beer or wine.

Great food and atmosphere! The staff were very accommodating and everything was delicious. Don't let the outside of the building fool you- this is a great environment and an awesome place to be on game night!

Aces is one of the best places....to brunch. The atmosphere was very adult. Dj Lonnie B on the ones ant twos you can't go wrong. Security was on point and very friendly. The food was good a well!!

I always have a Awesome time when visiting Ace's Sports Lounge. Great Atmosphere Delicious Food the Owner LaChan and her Staff are top Notch.

Was excited to try this black owned spot! However, had a horrible experience before I even went in. Apparently they have a dress code, despite the fact that it’s not listed on their website. Dress codes are fine, but you should at least have it posted online, not on a literal piece of paper on a gate outside your restaurant. Keep in mind, the sign is like butt level, you wouldn’t even notice it. Also, apparently they have a target audience of 25-30 y/o’s, so if you’re younger or older than that, they aren’t interested in you! I’ve never experienced ageism, but I did here. Just weird vibes here. Wont return, nor recommend.
