Horrible! I ordered online and the doordash delivered it to me. It's missing one of my order. I called them and the one I've talked told me that they cannot delivered the missing item and I need to pickup. How can I pick it up..thats why I ordered delivery? Then I just asked for a refund for the missing item and said they cant do it either. He hanged up on me while I was still talking. He said he's the manager and the owner. So rude!!!! Dont order here in this branch.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service.I came here to describe my experience but there's little I can add that hasn't already been said. Angry, mean, employees. Lack of concern from management. From the comments this kind of behavior was unbeknownst to me, standard. Especially in the last year. From experience unfortunately this location is a franchise which means they have to handle it, even refunds. You can directly call corporate though from quick claims and they are good about trying to help the best they can.Yupp I have to find a new Wendy's in the area or maybe just Burger King.
It wasn't junk, but the chicken sandwich was all kinds of apart and it looked like the sauce never made it on the bun. The sauce was all on the inside of the wrapper, but not on the bun. The 3 napkins that they gave me were all greasy and the flavor of the Sprite was way off.
Quick service. They were training folk, but service was good. Value of the meal for under $10 = good. Plus they have Dr. Pepper and artisan lemonades.
Drove around to pay for order Saturday late afternoon. Asked to insert my card in reader, was refused. Another person, adult man came to window unmasked & started talking. I drove away. This Wendy's has total disregard for Covid precautions.
I updated my experience the staff there at night is very disrespectful my husband and I waited on our mobile order the other day for over thirty minutes we spoke to two managers and both of them was very disrespectful saying I am not making it and this was the out come of the food old and it didn't taste good before you serve some one bad food please ask your self would you eat it or give this to your love ones to eat very very very disappointed and it is not worth any stars
For the past year every time they mess up my order every single time. When ever i ask to fix it or just ask a nice switch employees shut the ddive thru window on me. I let ot go everytime. But today was the worse. Treated me soo bad and didnt let me place an order. The manager is very bad and encourages employee to be rude.Never going back.
Disappointed that their burger just didn't have much taste. Not even average. What happened to the that? At least there used to be deliciousness in all that bad for you stuff!
They messed up our order twice. They were rude, unhelpful and in accommodating. Instead of giving us our order correctly they made us wait. We also had to park our car and comeinto the restaurant in order to receive our order because they didn’t feel like giving it to us in the drive-thru. I would give zero stars to these place if I could. Never coming back again!
Waited in line for 5 minutes and only saw them take 1 order with 4 other people ahead of me so I just left. They had clean bathrooms at least but I'm to impatient to wait more than 5 minutes to place an order at a fast food place.
