This Subway is the best one on the planet. Everything is neat and clean and the employees are really friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Seriously, they are the best. And no, I don't work there! I'm just a regular customer.
Raw onions, which I am allergic to, were in the spinach. If you look at the picture you can see where the onion fell out. Also I got 2 sandwiches, I got my friend a sandwich with onions...the employee also used the same knife to cut both sandwiches. I asked if she did and she said no. I said yes she did but that's OK I'll just call cooperate. There is no cooperate, just a website. She also charged me for bacon...so unless subway took off the turkey bacon sandwich...she not only is a thief, but tried to literally kill me. Can't eat the sandwich.
I was told there is no roast beef, the lettuce was brown, the cucumbers and tomatoes were frozen and the bread was hard. I know this is a franchise and needs to be reported to corporate. Will never go back! Shame on you!!!!
The food did not look fresh but was determined to use some coupons I got in the mail. The clerk said I could use 2 coupons and he took them but only gave one discount. The other person who works at the store was not too friendly and unaccommodating. I have been to other Subways and this one is not a good one!
I am very upset with this subway. They do not pay attention to detail at all. My sandwich was made completely wrong, and they did not include my chips and drink. For some reason this subway never seems to get it right. The personel that works needs to be retrained. I am cannot even like this station here anymore. Please get some people that pay attention to orders that come in for delivery. They are a complete mess.
My 13 year old son and his friend like to go to fast food places by themselves. They want a bit of independence from adults. This place robbed them. My son knew that they were overcharging him but he didn't want to argue with an adult so he just paid. He had received the money they took from his grandparents who were rewarding him for a perfect report card. I guess the folks at Subways were teaching him another lesson; the type teachers don't provide in school. Now I'm going to return the favor -- I'll never buy from them again and I'll tell everyone what they did to my son.
I just enjoyed their food. I always get great service here. The place is always clean and the staff members are always welcoming. Would recommend to others.
Slowest subway I've been to. So so slow
Showed up at 8.45pm and the door was locked.... the employee refused to go to the door....you have many, MANY people willing to work until their shift is up, so maybe you want to look into that?
Service erratic. We ordered protein bowls a few days ago and they were made as advertised, with the protein (meat, cheese) of a footlong.Today's orders have LESS than the protein (meat, cheese) of Subway's smallest sandwich. Further, while charged for sides they were not included in the order.At almost ten dollars (or more) a bowl this is the supreme ripoff.While it is convenient to our office, we will be going elsewhere!
