This Starbucks is my favorite in Reston!!!! All the baristas are great and I love getting my favorite latte here. Store looks awesome as well!
I stopped by to get a coffee this Starbucks is like others, clean, well lit and at a place nice enough to get a coffee. Same price and quality as always.
Excellent Starbucks and the people are always friendly. Sean, Mume, James and everyone else. I was trying to get some reserve coffee this week because I loved it and James even made a special trip to another store to get it. I picked the Ethiopia mix today. I love this Starbucks and how nice they all are!
The barista was busy when I got to the counter but he was polite and informed me to wait. I ordered the Green tea lemonade and 3 $5 gift cards. He activated them quickly. The gift cards are now made with hard cardboard. The green tea lemonade tasted more like lemonade. A bit too much lemonade and not enough green tea. Even the color is more yellow.
Best starbucks service ever. I had a huge drink order for work and was anxious I would hold the line. The cashier let me know it was no big deal and they get orders like that all the time. Made the drinks fast and made sure I was able to get the drinks to my car. It was above and beyond for me. Really appreciate them
This is the worst Starbucks in the DMV.20 Minutes for a pink drink and a drip coffee is absurd. Get your S$#t together and provide services like the North point store.
Cute little shop.... Fast service.... Friendly and competent staff.... Have all the options available at all times.... Better to go get them in person rather than ordering online and picking up.... (Personal choice)
Starbucks Plaza America has very good employees let's just say that the employees keep this store moving. Tony, JD, and Fredy are awesome and helpful.
..ok first of all someone was out of the register taking to someone, 2 employees were on their phones a brunette girl was on snapchat, I waited 10 minutes just to have an employee come to me and ask if I ordered a funnel frap or something, and on the receipt it said I did when I told him "tall mango dragon fruit and a grande strawberry Frappuccino, and is it possible to have caramel drizzle on my frap?" Literally what I said. Then he said "oh.. I was supposed to put strawberry" and when they finally did it, they put strawberry drizzle instead of caramel.. I get it, they might be underpaid teens but THIS MANY mistakes is- just shocking. I came here before I couple times, never had problems except waiting super long when I was the only one there. Oh yeah half the time ONLY ONE girl was working and the others sometimes did, taking their sweet old time. I have somewhere to be, like I could have went to several other places.Edit: the reason I was mad about the strawberry drizzle is that I can't have strawberry drizzle, only chocolate and caramel. (I tried to spoon it out but it already sunk into my drink, so no, it's not that simple)
