Don’t bother ordering. If Uber Eats delivery person just decides to put your order somewhere else you’re SOL. Uber Eats won’t help and there’s absolutely zero way to contact Savage Burrito.
The Alliance Location: Ordered for the first time today. Large portioned food. Tasty flavor. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much.
ordered 2 burritos and one was the steak which costs extra and the was absolutely no meat on either burrito. would not recommend to anyone. very disappointed. if you're in st Louis avoid this place at all costs.
We've ordered from Savage Burrito 3 times using GrubHub. Today was the worst of the three. The first time, we paid for guacamole and received none. The second time, everything was cold (not sure who to blame for that). This time, neither burrito had the sauces we requested and salsa was spilled through the bag, which was torn at the top from whomever. My husband's burrito (the Spicy Steakhouse) was over 50% rice and had barely any steak. Mine (build your own) was missing the roasted corn, avocado (which I paid extra for), and pico, on top of the jalapeno ranch and chipotle crema missing. In the end, I did get some kind of stick/stem in there so I guess I got something extra ..I'm giving 2 stars because it actually does have good flavor through the dryness. But, I think this will be our last time ordering from here.
The food is good but EVERY order I have ever placed at Savage Burrito has items missing or made wrong. It takes TEN seconds to double check that an order has all the items in it. TEN SECONDS!!!
Ordered through dash door. The order has no single right thing. I requested jalapeño tortilla LIGHT RICE and was undercooked, ROASTED CORN CHEESE I mean I can go on but the photos are more than enough. This is garbage . Never ever will order from here ever again.
For the St. Louis location- I ordered online and they missed several ingredients in my boyfriends salad. we paid for additional meet on both, but there was not much on either salad. He asked for extra dressing and I ordered two types, since I had that option, but we only received 2 small ranch. I was also suprised by how small the salad was and very little lettuce. The few bites of meat I had were good. Just not worth the aggravation to order from there again.
We ordered over an hour ago with door dash and the delivery guy is still waiting on the food. We’ve tried calling and they don’t even have a real number. The number they’re showing is a general number for uncle Julio’s and they only had an after hours voicemail available. Will we ever get our food? ??♀️ will we ever get our money back? ??♀️ is this even a real place or is it a scam? ??♀️ seems pretty scammy to me when they are using the location and number of a restaurant that’s closed
I’ve had the chicken burrito bowl twice now, and each time it was loaded with fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients. This place has definitely become a new favorite! Highly recommend!
Does Uncle Julio’s even care that their customers receive the food they order & pay for anymore? I ordered the fried chicken picnic bowl & paid for an extra side of ranch dressing. I also despise cilantro and requested it be omitted but apparently at Savage Burrito- no cilantro means add an entire handful to the food ordered. No ranch dressing in the bag either. How are Über Eats drivers supposed to check to see if the order is correct? Food always arrives with the bag stapled or sealed. Do they do that after the order is checked or pick it up that way? Do you know how hard it is to try picking cilantro off a dish with cheese semi-melted on it?
