Placed the order on the phone and was told the food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I got there and said my name, the the person at the register looked confused and didn't say anything. 5 minutes goes by and she said the order is being finalized. When she called me in 15 minutes (took total 35 minutes from the time I placed the order), she said "Do you remember what you had, they lost your order". After we confirmed order items, she gave the bag with food and I took it home. I should have checked everything... When I got home, my child was very upset he didn't have his hamburger and the rest of the food was cold. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not there.I noticed other people were also coming back with issues as I was waiting, so my case is not a one off mistake.Overall I would give this place 3 stars for food and 1 star for service/atmosphere, hence 2 star rating.Needless to say I will not be coming back here.
Staff seems overworked here. For the amount they charge now, you’d think the management would hire and pay additional employees to ensure smooth running, like it was before inflation.Food still tastes good, but I worry that might not stay the case if the staff burns out. Not blaming them one bit. This is a management ordeal.
We love Santini's. We've been going to their locations for two decades. Great subs, excellent onion rings, and you can get a beer or wine.
Food here is consistent with other locations. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This is one of my favorite places to grab a cheese steak.
Came by for a geocaching event and to take dinner out for family. Takeout order was ready so fast that I had to leave the event early to bring the food while it was hot. I'll wait longer to order next time.Food was well packed and tasted delicious. Eggplant Parm - yum! Sandwiches were wrapped in paper and were generously sized (although one person would have liked a little more roast beef in theirs). Thanks for all that and for welcoming our geocaching group.Reserving the last star for when you have more recyclable/compostable dessert and side-dish containers.
To be honest, I never tried their food , or anything but I am posting this for the worst experience I have ever seen in anywhere in my life from one of the stuff today,I work (with) doordash to deliver food,i went to the restaurant to pick up two orders, when I got there,one of the stuff asked me for the order I am picking up,I just show him the two orders,he told me one is the ready,and the other one the pizza is almost done(long story short)he gave me the one which is ready and hand me the other one,so I was waiting for the pizza,I don’t know if there’s misunderstanding,but I can tell from the way the guy talked to me ,he was very rude ,well I was waiting and then he yelled at me from a distance (hey buddy ur good to go and then approached me aggressively,I told him I thought I was waiting for the pizza ,and he was so mad ,I have no idea what’s going on with this dude,I told him if everything good ,I am pick up the both orders and go, (Take it easy )he got so mad ,and he told me that’s,he is going to give me a bad rating for saying that,I never thought of take it easy as bad words,seriously!I just canceled th both orders and moved on,life is so simple,you guys always take it easy,doordashers and Uber drivers are all independent contractors,we work with them (partners)please show some respect for hard working folks around
I wanted to buy an eggplant parmigiana sandwich and my wife wanted a tuna salad sandwich on untoasted bread. I couldn’t find the eggplant on the order site, so I called to inquire if the sandwich was available. I was told yes, and placed my order over the phone. I was told it would be ready in five minutes. When I arrived to pickup the order, the sandwiches were indeed ready, but I was told that eggplant was unavailable and so the parmigiana was chicken. If the truth was given on the phone, then the whole order could have not been placed. In addition, the bread on my wife’s sandwich was stale. On the whole, a very disappointing experience.
The food was awful. I have never ordered from here before. I ordered the steak and cheese and Boardwalk fries. The Steak and cheese was dry and tasteless too much peppers too. Adding a lot of peppers does not make it tasty! The fries were hard stale and others weren't even fully cooked. I will never go here again or recommend this place to no one. I threw it in the trash.
Food is so good, great portions and the people working there are friendly!
Never tried this place before but im glad I did!The steak and cheese is one of the best steak and cheese sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. Don’t hesitate to try this place they have a lot of stuff but I’ll probably come back for another steak and cheese sandwich.
